Hotel is unique with its artistic flair! Room was large, quiet and clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. The large lobby area with tables and chairs and pool table and ping pong table was wonderful and made it easy to have a gathering place.

Rooms: The pillows were typical hotel quality, as was the sheet/duvet situation (they provided extra of both upon request), the bed was large and comfortable, TV was standard cable, and temperature was easy to adjust. There was a bit of a...footy...smell to our room at first LOL but it luckily dissipated away. Great water pressure in the shower, lots of towels provided, and the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were fully stocked and beautifully scented. The sink had some age and wear, but I appreciated the large mirror and the full length mirror outside of the bathroom. Lots of storage, space, a white noise machine, and the staff brought up a mini fridge and microwave on request as well. Location: Convenient to the rest of Boston by car (though we didn't look into any other modes of transportation since my friend lives there and chauffeured us around). It's an artsy, hip student area, and the immediate exterior looks a bit industrial.

I enjoyed the breakfast. It was nice to eat outside.

Wonderful place to stay. Kind, friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was delicious. Artists from all over painted the rooms. Wonderful playground for children across the street and Molly's Bookstore down the street is a hidden gem that offers stories for children certain days during the week and a wonderful variety of books for all ages.

The rooms were painted by artists and each room is different. The outside sitting area has a beautiful mural and as for comfort, it felt like a huge outdoor livingroom. The bedroom and bathroom was spotless. The beds very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend the Studio Allston Hotel for a destination stay whether alone or with your entire family.

Love love love an ice machine so close to the room that also dispenses water! Super cute and funky decor and murals, great local art gift shop and wonderful accommodation for a super late check in. Everyone was so nice. Room was standard, nothing to write home about but that is what we were looking for on our way to the cape. Would have loved to stay over the weekend during a show or concert, looks like it would’ve been a ton of fun.

Location, breakfast The 2nd floor rooms are extremely loud from the lobby! A few items can try to rectify this situation: 1. Close down the lobby for games at 10pm and reopen it for the games at 9am. 2. Add a lot of sound proofing to the ceiling in the lobby. 3. Restore the 2nd floor rooms to conference rooms. No one should be sleeping in these rooms with the amount of noise.

Staff were helpful with local recommendations and allowed a late checkout. Their happy hour with charcuterie was fun and they have lots of games like pool, ping pong and corn hole. Great for families, students and people visiting from other countries.

Bathroom had sliding doors, so no privacy. Breakfast was cold.
-
The only downside is the distance from the city centre and the metro.

Spacious room. clean and made up daily. Laundry facilities. Hotel reception staff. AC Restaurant staff. The housekeeping way too noisy in the morning. Nothing much around....10 minute walk to the supermarket.
