Studio Allston Hotel

We booked a disability studio and it was a great size. The breakfast was terrific. It was quiet. We had a very comfortable extra large bed. We were supplied with plenty of good towels. There is a large supermarket a few minutes walk away. Decor was quirky and interesting.

Good hotel in a great location. We walked to some great restaurants and were able to bus to downtown. It's definitely dated -- the bathroom is rough with 4 people in a room! Painting was so fun, and great to have food and drinks on property. Breakfast was quite expansive --

Location is great. Easy walk to public transportation. In the edge of some questionable neighborhoods if you walk the wrong direction. Beds were stiff and uncomfortable.

Fun atmosphere. Great bed and pillows. Fantastic shower. Noisy elevator doors. We were right across from them on our floor so we expected noise. They were much squeakier than seemed normal.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel was comfortable, and the amenities were great.

The artwork and gallery in the hotel was awesome to see. The hotel rooms and bathroom were very outdated, the walls are very thin so most nights it was hard for me to relax, it was stuffy and brown spots could be found on the ceiling of the bathroom. The hotel restaurant played very inappropriate music with curse words and sexual content which was absolutely unprofessional because it was also very loudly played. The restaurant food was terrible, my steak was very dry, my vegetables were hard, the mashed potatoes had no flavor, and the dessert upset my stomach as well. At different moments of the day there was no staff at the front desk to support customers and room service was very loud every morning in the hallways.
