Great staff good location old school bldg

The staff here was lovely but the building is in severe disrepair, definitely not a family spot, more for a single person or couple who is going to be spending most of their time sightseeing and the least amount of time at the inn

Great place I recommend parking was good

This hotel is in desperate need of a complete overhaul, as the entire property is falling into decay. The room I was assigned had a dirty, stained carpet and a foul, lingering odor. Worse, the window was locked and couldn't be opened, so the space likely hasn't been ventilated in years. The door hardware was literally falling apart, the floors, doors, and furniture squeaked incessantly, and the bathroom was stuck in the 1970s with broken fixtures and peeling finishes. Save your money and book somewhere else.

for being literally *the* cheapest place to stay that I could find on short notice i wasn't expecting much and that is a good thing in this case.. respectfully

Insalubre, négligé et du personnel d'une utilité désolante.

There was nobody at the counter when I arrived. My room had a smell like someone previously smoked in the room and there was a hole in the wall. There was damage to my do and if it weren’t for the deadbolt lock it would not stay shut. The ac unit and tv barely worked. The mattress was so bad that I could not sleep and did not even stay through the night of my 1 night stay. Would not recommend.

Friendly staff. Got upgraded as I mentioned that I was traveling. Thank you guys. Perfect little spot if you don’t plan to be in the room all day. Perfect to sleep solo traveler.

I expected a clean and comfortable room for the price paid. This fell far short of basic standards.

Horrible service, disgusting smell, awful place!

The person on staff was very friendly and helpful and kind and really went above and beyond. It was nice to have off street parking and we didn’t mind paying a little extra for it. However, in the room, the toilet was dirty, the sink had little bits of hair all around the bowl, the shower grout was black and in bad shape. There also wasn’t any soap to wash hands in either the bathroom or the tiny kitchen. We were told it was coming, but it never did. There were also cigarette burns on the blankets. I understand this is an expensive area for hotels, but at $200 per night, I would never have expected what we got.

Nice residential street, friendly helpful staff, good value, they upgraded our room, lots of places to eat and easy walk to the T down Harvard St

Good AC, shared bathrooms, helpful staff. They definitely need to add fans to all of the bathrooms as that could cause mold problems later. Parking was great for an additional $10-20/day (I can’t recall)

Stay away from my his place . Bugs in the rooms bathroom falling apart and rats on the property. It was so bad we didn’t stay there. Bed bugs and other bugs , the Ac unit was connect to a power outlet that would turn off . So don’t stay there . I would like a refund since it was so bad. I would not recommend it.
