Clean and well organized.
-
Definitely not worth nearly $400 per nite

The room was very clean, spacious, the staff was very helpful. I’ve been to many hotels in Boston in the area, and I will definitely come back to this one.

Great neighborhood and great hotel
-
Front desk was very average and slow.
-
Great location right in Coolidge corner. Overall the hotel is clean and well maintained. There’s a nice little gym and indoor pool and a little bar/ restaurant downstairs although it’s a short walk to many other restaurant options. T station is right across the street also

Clean rooms, friendly staff

Great location. Nice large rooms and the barman working on Saturday night on 13th of June was fantastic
-
Lots of shops and cafes/restaurants close to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows.

The location is the reason to stay here. Coolidge Corner is the center of Brookline with lots of dining options. The hotel is a mixed bag of small rooms and quirky layouts. We reserved an executive king, but first were put into a regular size room without a couch but a full sized table and 4 chairs! A kind desk person the next day got us moved to something that actually looked like the photo in the booking site. I specifically picked the room type because I have healing broken foot and need to elevate my leg on a couch. The Starbucks downstairs is partially staffed but serviceable. Will probably try the Iris Hotel right next door when we come back.

Excellent stay. Will stay here whenever I come back to Boston.

I loved my room. It was spacious and well laid out. I slept so well the three nights I was there rather four nights I was there. The bed was super comfortable so was the bathroom. The only thing I was there is no amenities in the bathroom besides in the shower. I asked for toiletries. There was none. There was no soap to wash my hands with. They were no shower caps. I forgot to bring mine. I asked for shower caps and they said they ran out so they were very low on basic amenities and when I got to the room, there was none there so that was my only issue but the staff was so helpful so iwas housekeeping and I really appreciated it

Clean and nice. Bedding comfortable. The location is perfect. Our only issue was that the AC blows directly onto the bed. We didn’t have to run it much, but in the hot summer this would be a real problem. There was no way to redirect the air.

The room was clean but felt old. The plug for the tub did not work and neither did the electric socket near the bed. Needed to complain twice before the issue with the tub was fixed and the socket was never fixed. Water was not provided in the rooms and you need to go down to the lobby to fill some each time. The location of the property was excellent right near grocery stores and the train station.

We loved the courtyard in Brookline, it's centrally located and a beautiful property and the rooms were very nice. A lot of very nice shops and food spots in the area. This was my first time in Boston and I would definitely come back to the courtyard by marriot in Brookline
