The manager was very nice and helped me out in a couple of ways. The staff were either unempowered or disinclined to take any action to help, always telling me to call back at some future time (late checkin, guest parking). My flight got me to the hotel at 10:30 a.m. but early checkin was declined, so I sat in the business area for two hours before coming back out to ask if a room was ready, and it was. The breakfast options were limited, and both types of juice that I tried were noticeably diluted. Checkout time is 11 a.m., which was inconveniently early for me (was there to attend an event that started at 1 p.m.)

We were over for the World cup, it was an ideal location for some cafes etc and hopping on the train into the centre. Was great having breakfast included. The staff were nice and helpful. Having the small shop, free tea/coffee, laundry and luggage storage on sight just made things so much easier. Nice spacious room with a comfy bed and good aircon! Nothing

The location is well within walking distance to restaurants and subway.

The staff seemed to be very aware of their guests and their needs.

Overall good hotel and good location close to subway station We had to repeatedly ask the front desk for essentials (toilet paper etc.)

Everything was so clean and comfy! We were there one night and would definitely go back! Loved how much room we had and the breakfast was really good.

This hotel is located not far from Fenway Park. We were able to use the "T" transit system which is just minutes to the nearest station. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

The Good: The room was surprisingly large, well lit and clean. Nice touch was the air purifier. Bed was comfortable. And hot water was hot. The annoying. Two things. The door into the shower/toilet area was to big to get in without stepping to the side. That sounds not so bad, but I did end up getting my small toe crushed in the door and needed to bandage it. There is a kind of night light in the ceiling between the bathroom and bed that you can not turn off. I was tempted to stand on a chair and screw the bulb out, but thought better of it in the end. If you like dark bring eye shades. Breakfast. I have to say it was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were as bland as could be and certainly came out of a box. There were some chicken sausages and something else that I saw almost no one ate. I steered away. Oatmeal was OK. There was some fruit and boiled eggs. They had Margarine for the bread (I confess I prefer real butter). The staff was lets say, not a happy group. I would have preferred the waffle maker at La Quinta to this. For a 300+ a night room you would have expected a bit better. I would stay here again all said. As the room is great. And the location is convient. But I would stop at Traders Joe's and make breakfast myself next time. Regards.

Terrific breakfast and the suite gave us so much more space than a regular hotel room plus a full kitchen!

Location and room size (pull out couch, kitchen) were great for us - close to easy to use train line - is a short walk. Is possible to take train from airport, does require one transfer, not super quick, but Uber not quick (and $pendy) either during peak times. Breakfast 'serviceable' - should be able to find some calories to get the day started, coffee/tea, juices, etc.
