The rooms were clean, the late check-in was smooth, the front-desk was accommodating by extending our check-out because it was so late and we had driven almost 2k miles, our ragdoll was accepted. Thank you for the comfortable stay so close to all of the important stuff in Boston! Thanks for making my child’s experience hassle and drama free!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything about it was great. Shout out to the staff who were all very helpful. Also nice restaurant on the premises. Will definitely return.

The lights in the room kept turning off randomly, one time I was in the shower. Let staff know but nothing was ever done about it.

Another guest overheard the conversation and told me that his room, on a different floor, had no such light. At the very least, if guests are light sensitive, they should request a room without such a "feature."

Our 3 day stay was wonderful and the front desk was very helpful with determining how we would be traveling downtown! The city of Boston is very walkable and we were only 1.3 miles from Fenway. The area felt very safe for walking and our stay was fantastic!

Menu was great, staff were excellent, just one & only thing, bar hours were early close, not a fan of that.
