The hotel was very clean and centrally located. Every time we have booked a hotel with Hotels.com, we have received free breakfast. When we questioned why it was not offered with this stay the front desk associate was quite rude.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, near Fenway Park and close to restaurants and bars. The front desk staff was very friendly and the check in was nice and easy. The room was immaculate and everything looked brand new and clean. However, the restaurant staff is a different story. I don’t like to make negative reviews but the two girls that are supposed to greet you and the young man at the bar looked like if you were pulling their teeth out when you asked for something. It was basically as if you’re bothering them or they hate their jobs because they do their best to ignore you and try to not even make eye contact as in hopes that you don’t ask for anything. If it wasn’t because of that, I’d rate this hotel an5 star out of 5. For the price paid you’d expect a better service and I just couldn’t believe that they were so blatantly rude. The only exception was one young man during breakfast that was very polite and helpful. So, if you ask me do I recommend this hotel I’ll say yes but just be aware that the restaurant staff and service might not be the best.

There nothing not to like about this hotel. Beautiful! Excellent location. About a 35 minute walk from Fenway Park, and its a nice walk! Breakfast buffet is delicious. Staff is amazing! Highly recommend!

Staff remembered me

Restaurant is nothing special at all, but there is nothing else close for dinner. I ate breakfast at the nearby Dunkin Donuts. This hotel is convenient if you have early morning medical procedures in the nearby hospitals. Great park nearby - the Emerald Necklace - for walking or jogging.

Breakfast was not great. Breakfast could be better. Hot Kettle in the room with Tea bags, everyone is not a coffee drinker.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was a good size. The staff was rude. I lost my valet parking ticket and the youngman was very upset about it made me wait a long time to get me another ticket which came with a warning 'Dont loose this one too'.They charged me for two rooms instead of one and the staff doesn't say hello or good morning they all seem like they are not happy with their jobs. I walked by many employees and didn't get a greeting or a smile. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't stay there next time I'm in Boston.

Great solid hotel. Clean room.

Valet guys were great helping me with my u haul. Convenient to the T and bus stops, food and beverage was above average. Ladies at the front desk were very helpful!

We then opted to walk to dinner and breakfast the next morning (lots of great places within walking distance) to avoid have to wait for the car again but had the same issue when checking out.
