There nothing not to like about this hotel. Beautiful! Excellent location. About a 35 minute walk from Fenway Park, and its a nice walk! Breakfast buffet is delicious. Staff is amazing! Highly recommend!

Breakfast was not great. Breakfast could be better. Hot Kettle in the room with Tea bags, everyone is not a coffee drinker.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was a good size. The staff was rude. I lost my valet parking ticket and the youngman was very upset about it made me wait a long time to get me another ticket which came with a warning 'Dont loose this one too'.They charged me for two rooms instead of one and the staff doesn't say hello or good morning they all seem like they are not happy with their jobs. I walked by many employees and didn't get a greeting or a smile. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't stay there next time I'm in Boston.

Valet guys were great helping me with my u haul. Convenient to the T and bus stops, food and beverage was above average. Ladies at the front desk were very helpful!

We then opted to walk to dinner and breakfast the next morning (lots of great places within walking distance) to avoid have to wait for the car again but had the same issue when checking out.
