TIny rooms. Great location.

Hotel had an additional facility charge 30 dollars a day but no real amenities to justify this charge. Basic hotel. Clean. Good location for ballgame and museums.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was disappointing that they didn’t have the station to watch a Red Sox game or be able to pick up a half price pizza after a win. They said that deal was only to eat in person. The maids were nice but knocked on our door while we were sleeping tho ask if our room needed cleaning. A homeless man slept right outside the entrance to the place. The parking voucher machine didn’t work for anyone so the lines were long to get out because they had to check room status for each person,

Spacious room, very clean and comfortable with good AC It was near a generator, which was a bit noisy but nothing some earplugs couldn’t fix

Very convenient for the Longwood medical area, but very pricey compared to hotels a little further away.

Parking overnight was $50. Late checkout started at $50 for an additional hour after regular checkout. Price gouging at its finest. Hidden fees.

We arrived early arount 1PM and were looking to see if our room was available, and it was. Usually hotels will check you in early as a courtesy. But this hotel charges $50. I won't be going back to this hotel.

I was there for a medical procedure and the hotel is walking distance from the hospital. It was the right decision.
