Alberto was very helpful with our issue. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. I also appreciated Alberto giving us free parking to try to compensate for the problem with the reservation. We booked a reservation through Booking.com with a reservation number and when we arrived there was no reservation. The hotel was booked. We had reserved a studio suite but had to settle for a much smaller room with bunk beds. I am not sure who was at fault because Booking.com said the reservation was made and reached out to the hotel for an update (a few days ago). No response from Arcadian yet. Which is discouraging. We were charged the same amount for bunk beds as the studio suite we reserved. I appreciated Alberto's help but clearly there was a big mistake by either Booking.com or Arcadian. I should not be in the middle of this. It should be settled between them and Arcadian should reach out with an answer/update. We should be given a refund for the difference in rooms.

Great location close to the venue we were going to for the show, liked the look and the style of the hotel. Also loved the convenience of the parking garage! Thought that only the gentleman that was working the front desk was nice. The younger lady working was kinda rude and flat. That being said, we weren’t told where our room was, so we kinda just wandered until we were able to find it. “Breakfast” was kinda pathetic for the price of the hotel that included breakfast

Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Our Studio suite was spotless and very roomy. Great parking situation. Breakfast was less than we expected. Basically bread, yogurt and fruit.

Nothing. In fact, the only good thing is the location. The rooms are very small, with no windows, and the bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable. The room was extremely dark and, unfortunately, there was mold inside. The hotel is not welcoming or family-friendly. When I complained about the mold, especially because I was traveling with a young child who has asthma, I was told that there was nothing they could do and that they could not offer any solution. The breakfast was also very disappointing. We were told that breakfast would be served at 7:00 a.m., but in reality, the staff did not even start putting the food out until around 7:45 a.m. When I asked about the delay, the staff was not friendly by or helpful at all. I was simply told that there was nothing they could do and that, if I was dissatisfied, I should speak to the manager. For the amount they charge per night, you can find much better accommodations elsewhere. I definitely would not recommend this place, especially for families with children.

Room, breakfast, cleanliness, and location were all great. Staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean upon entry, water pressure was really good too. The parking situation was frustrating during checkout. I paid $38 for parking the day of checking in (we only stayed one night). We checked out at the front desk the next day, turned in our room keys, and then went to the garage to get our car and leave. The problem was that we needed our room keys to exit the garage, and we were forced to pay again (this time $45) just to get out. When we pushed the HELP button on the kiosk, it sent us to a voicemail saying to call back in a few hours (this apparently doesn't link you to the front desk). I then took this issue to the front desk to resolve, the lady was professional during the whole experience. She was unable to recall the email you have to reach out to for these kind of issues. She ended up giving me a call back after getting in touch with her manager, and I was told the process to get the $45 refund would be a lengthy process, and they gave me the option to get refunded the $38 instead. I was over it at this point, so I went with that option and ended up paying an extra $7 in the end. My experience with Arcadian's parking system is terrible. Essentially you have to get your vehicle BEFORE checking out at the front desk, not the other way around. It shouldn't matter either way. I'm wondering how many other people have run into this issue, because it was fairly simple for it to happen to us. Most garages charge you as you're leaving the garage, so this setup was unusual. Unfortunately, because of that we had to deal with this annoying situation. All in all, our experience with everything else in the hotel was a pleasant one. It was just the parking system that needs work, or just tell customers to retrieve their vehicles first before checking out at the front desk.
