Parking was an option for an extra cost The rooms hated we couldn’t see out. Felt like an inside cabin on a cruise ship.

Location, cleanliness, excellent staff Dispenser stopped working. A hotel of this size and reputation should have fixed it or replaced it immediately. But 3 days later, it still doesn’t work.

The location My AC was broken and they kept doing temporary fixes to get it fixed. Called 4 different times to the front desk to fix it but it it would only work for a couple hours. After returning to the room from being out it would be unbearably hot. The first night I had to settle for just fans and the second night they finally moved us to a different room but it took a day and a half. Was promised a partial refund but still haven’t seen anything come back in my account . Highly disappointed

Good neighborhood The rooms are very cheaply maintained. No mini bar, no amenities. The television is basic cable. But worst of all the breakfast buffet is so bad we skipped it both mornings and ate elsewhere. Bagels, english muffins and white toast alongside corn flakes and make your own oatmeal. No fruit, no pastries, etc. Much worse than the last time we stayed two years ago.

There are nice restaurants and cafes two blocks from the hotel, and Brookline little downtown at 3 or 4 blocks, where you can find everything. I was there to help my daughter to move-in, since she is studying in Berklee School of Music, and it was a very convenient place to stay. It does has parking in case you need it by an additional fee.

Room was very small. No windows to the outside. Walk to the room was very long. Elevators were really slow. Convenient location.

Great location; rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed in a TownHouse style room which had a great open closet space for storage, organizing. A rarity!

The room was clean. The staff were alright. Pool did not try. WiFi was excellent.
