Very basic Staff was not friendly. They did not provide a key to the room the entire stay. We had to go in lobby and request for someone to open the door every time we left the room.

A very cozy nice place close to everything The team are just perfect!! They are so helpful!

It offers free breakfast and coffee and tea in the lobby at all times. Near BU.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, luxurious feel They have rooms without windows!!! They call them “Townhouses”, they are basically boxes with windows that open to the hall (?!?!) so it’s impossible to open them for fresh air and there is no natural light AT ALL. We also didn’t have a closet or anywhere to store our clothes except a couple of hooks on the wall. Make sure you ask if your room is one of those, especially if you have a tendency to claustrophobia.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Decent location - cute neighbourhood, quiet rooms

“Continental breakfast” was bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, and instant oatmeal. Had trouble with the TV and the desk worker said they would send help and never saw anyone. Room was well cleaned. Tram right outside was shut down at parts which can’t be helped, but we were not made aware prior to arriving. No alternatives provided.

Location was great. Just steps from the Green Line C line to downtown Boston. Very easy to use. We saved so much on Uber by taking the train instead. Walking distance to JFK's birthplace, a free tourist attraction in Brookline. Breakfast was so-so.

Clean rooms The only elevator broke on the second day and was still not fixed by the 4th day when we checked out. We were on the 4th floor. There was a service elevator in the back that one employee said we could use because my mother is elderly, but other staff who saw us tried to prevent us from using it. It should have been made available to everyone. The hotel staff also never offered to move us to a lower floor. It was very poorly managed.

Front desk was not overly friendly. "Breakfast" was lacking having bagels, instant oatmeal, some yogurt and limited dry cereal. Lone elevator in a 6 story building was not working for 2 days of my 4 day stay. Room HVAC was loud and making clanking noise. Fortunately temperature was such that I could turn it off during my stay.

Staff were very helpful and the breakfast team kept the area very clean throughout service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was highly utilized, but the breakfast was underwhelming. Plain bagels, dry cereal and bananas..

Location was great. We felt safe the entire time. The breakfast was very limited. Also the shower wasn’t fully clean when we arrived and someone was fixing the AC in our room after we had checked in.
