The parking fee also seemed a little expensive, which was a bit disappointing. However, the facilities were clean and the staff were generally friendly and helpful, so overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Just be aware the kitchenettes do not come stocked with anything, you have to bring your own dishes & utensils which is kind of weird. Would definitely stay here again 10/10

We were absolutely blown away by the Iris Hotel Boston. This was our family's first trip to Boston so I was pretty much just guessing about where to stay and in what part of the city to book a hotel. We booked pretty much "last minute" so our options were fairly limited. . .but it turns out that Brookline was a fantastic place to stay. Quiet, safe, lots of good places to eat, the Green Line (C line) subway ran right in front of the hotel almost. We took the subway to and from Fenway for the Red Sox game and that was an easy experience. We did have a rental car so we were able to do some exploring around the city - used the parking deck under Boston Common. But back to the Iris Hotel. The staff was phenomenal. We were greeted by an extremely friendly front desk who told us that we had been upgraded to a family room. With 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids (girls 17, 15 and boy 12) - having a second bathroom was a major win. The room was absolutely fantastic - and HUGE. we had a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Bedroom 1 had 2 queen beds and across the hall was a large bathroom with big walk in shower. Bedroom 2 had 2 more queen beds and then another large bathroom. The upgrade was unexpected but absolutely made the trip. The hotel looks almost brand new. Apparently the building had been a retirement home from 1984 - 2019 and then a hotel company bought it and spend several years turning it into a hotel that opened in about 2023. They did a fantastic job.

Great place. Spacious rooms. Clean. Modern facility. Well maintained.

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location, but I honestly didn't think the amenities matched the luxury experience I would expect at the price point I paid. They could at least offer free breakfast. We only stayed one night so we didn't interact much with staff. The people at the front desk were very nice.

This hotel was great, very quaint. It’s in a great neighborhood very close to the T stop as well as lots of restaurants nearby. Felt very safe. The room was perfect, very large , all the amenities you could need and a delightfully comfortable bed. The AC in our room would not fully cool and was stuffy. Our room had a large bathroom but no shower door or curtain which seemed unnecessary as it just got the entire bathroom floor wet while showering. I would suggest they add a glass wall to the shower. Also they have minimal staff working- for example I wanted a glass of wine at the bar but the bartender was never present so just had to order it room service and while the wine did come it took quite a while. All in all was a very nice one night stay and I would definitely stay here again.

    Amazing hotel

Did not like the payment of 55 for parking overnight and I did not even use the in/ out privileges . I believ you should have different prices for one time night parking especially due to safety

Very nice boutique hotel. On a side street so it was very quit. Nice patio out front and bar in the lobby. A block from downtown Brookline. Very close to Boston hospitals. Will diffidently stay again.
