Great hotel in a great location near Fenway Park. Parking sucks. We had to use Spot Hero to find cheaper parking. Good stay.

Location very close to Fenway Park, restaurants and shopping. One of two elevators was out of service for most of our stay.

One elevator was down for the entirety of our trip. During our stay, the remaining elevator also was down for several hours. Otherwise it was a great trip

Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Housekeeping was irregular (supposed to come every other day, but didn’t). When I asked about it, front desk and housekeeping immediately remedied it. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend.

Room was clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was your basic US hotel selection, with the addition of burrito wraps. Was a nice change to make a breakfast burrito. They even had Chalupa hot sauce! Coffee was quite good. Was walking distance to the MGM concert hall at Fenway, which is why we were in town. I'd stay there again if I needed to be in the Back Bay.
