Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Back Bay/Fenway

Good hotel.

Good location Room 535 was tight fit when sofa bed was in use. Door to bedroom was nicked because of it. The sofa bed had tears in it. The blinds in bedroom were torn on the edges. Paint coming off in the bathroom. For the price charged for the room these things should not be there.

The room was clean and everyone was friendly.

This property was great and convenient to stay for a Red Sox game. The check in was easy and the valet service was excellent. The room was clean and everything was up to date. We didn't partake in the included breakfast but there was excellent room amnenities we used. The location is great with many bars within walking distance and no need for ride sharing services due to great central location.

Only issue was slow draining sink near bathroom. Cleaned teeth in kitchen sink! Also stay away from ‘mini market’, $16 for frozen chicken nuggets/ $7 for Twix! Nothing is priced, so not aware until it appears on bill. Valet parking efficient-worth it, so no hassle retrieving/parking car.. 25 mins walk to prudential or main shopping area…overall good stay.

Had the most wonderful time at the Residence in Fenway. Staff were amazing as were facilities and location.

The room was perfect and spacious. The entire facility was so clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. The proximity to Fenway and plenty of dining options made it easy to get anywhere quickly. We don’t have a single complaint and cannot wait to go back one day!

Check in was smooth. Room was good. Didn't get 1 Hr late check out when requested due to flight delay. This was something we feel they could have easily accommodated in such a large hotel which was showing vacancy in our room type for today.

Thanks for your email my stay was satisfactory except for the following issues: The thin was not draining The faucet in the bathroom would not dispense cold water he Kiribati coffee machine was leaking The shampoo and body wash was empty I went to the front desk and indicated that these needed to be addressed on Friday. Saturday when I went to shower none were addressed so had to call to request shampoo and body wash and waited for it to be delivered to my room which made me late for my appointment. I hope this can provide some feedback but honestly I was a little irritated.

Our room was perfectly clean, modern looking and well maintained. Staff were all very helpful. Excellent continental breakfast! Only minor issue and this is fairly common among big city hotels, the water pressure just wasn't great.
