The staff is amazing- from the valet service to the check-in and in room services. They all were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They know how to make a guest feel welcome and special by anticipating what a guest needs are and strives to provide it. We will return whenever we are in Boston.

Great property! Loved the location. Only super minor complaint was that they didn’t have blackout blinds or curtains and the curtains they did have were white so it wasn’t very dark in the room at night. Oh and the pullout sofa bed is hard as a rock and very thin.

We splurged a little for this getaway and it was so worth it . The hotel was located within walking distance of everywhere we went. Staff was always around to answer questions . We ubered food one night and went out to dinner another both were delicious. Hotel was clean and in a safe area. Pay the extra $$ for the valet , it’s so worth it, and located right by the front entrance. Rooms were clean and spacious, and our room service breakfast was also very prompt and easy to get both mornings! 10/5 stars would book here again!!!

The hotel itself was really great. The front desk and valet staff were exceptional! My only compliant is that I reserved and paid for a single room with 2 queen beds and because they were overbooked i was given a suite with 1 king bed and a cot. My grandson, who us 6'4" wasn't super comfortable on the cot. The room was quirky and fun, but not exactly what I wanted.

The location is very convenient to the T. The sushi restaurant attached is also good. Our room had absolutely no view. The windows were filthy and looked into other rooms so we had to keep the curtains closed. We did have to pay to check in a few hours early.
