stay was very good, thank you
-
The worst hotel I ever stayed, the door was damaged. I have to kick to open in the room, have no bottled water. I have to go down to reception to pick it up and there’s no glass in the room only two paper cups in the whole room. Can I get the coffee for room service, after all the coffee machine is broke and the leak water.

This property was just remodeled and everything was brand new. The location is perfect, the staff were so kind and helpful and the rooms were beautiful. The gym was probably the best gym I have ever seen in a hotel. It had everything you could want. We already booked another stay!

Location

Not as expected

Great location, lovely housekeeping staff and very clean! Property overcharged my card twice without getting permission first and had 4 different explanations for the reason why it occurred - final explanation was their system error because we had booked through a 3rd party system - adding the temporary $100 incidental fees per day is one thing - adding over twice that in two separate charges and not removing it for 3-4 days is another altogether. Do better.

The staff were so accommodating! I wish I had gotten the young lady’s name that checked me in because she was amazing! Will absolutely be going back to this hotel!
-
The staff was great, each person I interacted with was very polite and provided excellent service. room was clean and they cleaned it each day. Shower pressure was weak and the cost for parking was very high
-
clean room.
-
Room was spotless and the front desk was even able to help when I left my toothbrush behind.
-
The property is in the perfect location for walking to Fenway and at the same time walking to all of the major city attractions like Boston Common, Public Gardens, and The Freedom Trail. The elevators took a long time but they are refurbishing one of them so eventually it will get better. And it was pricey but it was yanks/sox and FIFA in town.
-
Location was good. Staff were not friendly at all. No welcome. No smiles.
-
The space look small as compared to the guests. The queuing for breakfast. A bit slow in the service

-
The Location is pretty good. The gym is big. I saw a small mouse in my room on my second day. I called the receptionist. They moved me to the another room and felt sorry for me. They said: we will compensate you. I was expecting them to issue the refund. Nothing happened. It seems they take it normal to let people stay with mouses in the same room.

-
Location, location, location! Clean, comfortable accommodation.
