Hilton Boston Back Bay

Traveling with a baby is stressful in itself, but everyone I spoke with offered to help in any way possible! The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff were kind and helpful/ respectful. The hotel was in a great location and super close to lots of shops and food spots. Great area to walk around. I didn’t try the bar or breakfast but it smelled delish every morning when I headed out. 10/10 would recommend! I will definitely stay there again on my Boston travels!

The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and the hotel itself is in the perfect location!

It’s a nice hotel that’s neat and clean. The staff was friendly. There were a few issues though. I bought water from the hotel at check-in. When we got to the room, there were water bottles in the room. The TV was located in a weird spot in the room and you couldn’t see the full screen while laying on the left side of the bed. It was comfortable in the room and we slept well. In the morning, we wanted to eat at 11:30am and wanted to use our hotel credit. We were told that breakfast ended at 11am and that they don’t serve lunch on Sundays. The next meal available would be dinner. It’s odd that they wouldn’t extend breakfast a bit if not serving lunch. When we checked out, we were told that we’d receive a receipt by email showing all charges. After looking at the receipt, I realized the additional charges of $65. I called because I didn’t know what it was for. The person we talked to at the hotel said the charge was a mandatory destination fee of $34.95 that covers water, wifi, laundry, etc. This was not disclosed at check-in. I told her that we purchased water for $22 and no one mentioned it, it was included in the mandatory fee. We were told that the fee was on their website and that a lot of people miss it. I felt they should disclose it at check-in, but was told that they didn’t have to disclose it because it was on their website. I think that’s bad business. Overall, it was a nice stay, but beware of the extra fees. They also charge for parking.

I was charged an additional 94 and 74 for the two rooms I booked after checkout. No one mentioned this fee, and when I called I was told I had a 10$ per room credit which no one told me about either. I asked to speak to management about a refund and I was hung up on. Never again

Only 2 working elevators, could wait 10mins for one. I’d expect more from Hilton. They also charge you to park after charging you $400 for a room that wasn’t even the correct room. I booked 2 doubles for 3 people and was given a king.

Location great for Berklee College of Music No glasses in room. Can’t connect phone to tv. Only expensive breakfast available.

Everything and close enough to walk to Fenway park for the Red Sox game!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout our Stay. We really enjoyed our Stay. The location was prime for hop on hop off bus also quick 15 min walk to fenway park.
