Clean room. Food was great. Staff very friendly.

We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to Fenway for a baseball game. It was a little difficult figuring out the parking. There is no valet parking which is quite convenient in downtown Boston, especially if you are not used to the traffic. But we figured it out, no big deal. One of the elevators was down so you had to wait a bit for the elevator, kind of hard in a hotel with so many floors. There were no ice machines, so if you wanted ice, you had to call down to the desk to have it delivered, which also took a while. The toilet did not want to flush good and the handle would stick. But other than that, the room was clean and our stay was good. There is an extra resort fee, which I didn't understand because there wasn't anything extra about the hotel or it's amenities.

Fantastic Location, newly renovated, friendly and accommodating staff.

Spacious rooms that were comfortable and clean. Great views from our 11th floor room over Boston. The fitness centre was great, and the staff were professional and accommodating. Not situated in downtown and requires a metro to get there. There was an issue with the cistern when flushing that created a loud noise.

The only complaint would be that breakfast at the restaurant was incredibly busy and it took a very long time to get our food, and my mom's French toast was cold. Would just recommend eating elsewhere if the hotel restaurant is busy, as they didn't seem to be able to handle that capacity of tables.

Good location to the convention centre Person at check in was rude - ridiculous to pay $1300 / night for this hotel - the staff were generally unpleasant, one of the elevators was broken so there were constant delays going up and down - the room had an 1980's hair dryer and a table top ironing board- with no table to put it on - (seriously for the money they couldnt have a full ironing board?)

This was a very clean, well-staffed and conveniently located hotel. The location was walkable to lots of shopping and dining along with a Hop On Hop Off trolley stop right outside the door.

If the shower pressure was better, I would have given it a 5 star. Also it needs a little updating

This was a beautiful stay and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy but to any future travellers, the pillows are down and have no structure. Be warned if you dont like down pillows. It was central to everything we needed and had very friendly staff who were willing to help any time of day.

What a gym!! Perfectly located. Loved our stay and will definitely be back. Our new go-to for Boston.

The hotel was clean and great location. Only problem was one of the elevators was down, but I’m sure that will be resolved soon enough.

All good book it if you want a central location

When I checked in I was provided a substandard room and not the panoramic view room that I booked through Expedia. Unfortunately they were fully booked and could not accommodate us. This was for a special occasion and we left very disappointed
