Thomas was very welcoming and helpful . I liked the kitchenette in the studio suite , so had option to cook something small if wanted.

Design was perfect for a 4 day vacation in Boston. Easy walk to trains, shopping and many good restaurants on a quiet street

This isn’t a real hotel with a desk or staff. It’s a half -fast bed and breakfast. We arrived after the staff left and had to find other accommodations at midnight since we were locked out. God help you if your plane is late because no one here will.

The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the management was friendly and informative.

They had great suggestions for places to eat nearby. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. A 711 and coffee shop were just steps away. Our room had a fridge and cooktop and toaster which was very helpful to snack on leftovers. Would stay here again!

The staff at the Inn were absolutely fantastic and so personable! They gave stellar recommendations for dinner options and made taxi reservations for us. They were incredibly friendly and all-round helpful! The location of the Inn was also a wonderful experience. If needing to be at Northeastern, this is a prime location. But it was SO nice not being on busy Huntington…the Inn is a block off it. It was a quick 2 minute walk to the T stop which was also nice. It’s also pretty close to places like the Boston Public Library. It was a truly pleasant experience and I will stay there again the next time I need to be at Northeastern or that side of town:

I can’t comment on the staff (never met them) but the digital check in process was easy. Only needed to stay one night.

The location was good in terms of proximity to downtown. The rooms were great and the bed 6/10 comfortable and the decor and amenities 8/10. Shower and Bathroom decent and worked well. Lovely check in staff and a good safe vibe and nice neighborhood. The AC was noisy and didnt like being adjusted, but at least it worked. The coffee , cream etc station looked great but somehow there was only enough for one person with a caffein intolerance, C'mon ! This is so easy to do better ! Don't drive here - Boston is not a car friendly town and the car parks charge Manhattan prices.

Amazing location in a beautiful quiet area but very close to the Prudential Center for convenient restaurants/coffee and great walkability to a variety of neighborhoods. Staff is extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay here.

Was in a great location-- we stayed for 1 night to go to a concert at Fenway and were able to easily walk everywhere we needed to go. Really liked that it was on a quiet street. Beautiful room and unique set-up. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was an amazing place. The room was magnificent, Thomas on reception was on hand with all our requests. Breakfast was great ( open kitchen area, self service) The hotel has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The location was very good. I would definitely stay here again.
