Came for phish and every single detail about this hotel delivers ! Room was huge. Take the elevator to the second floor and you’re in the mall with any thing youn could possibly need ! Walking distance to Fenway.

We had a room that was connected to another room via a door that was not soundproofed at all. Kids crying all night kept me up. Asked the front desk about switching rooms. The woman assured me that family checked out. Apparently another family checked in and their kids got up at 5am. Property is lovely but needs to work on noise reduction or being flexible about switching rooms.

Very clean, remodeled hotel. Great access to the prudential mall when it was pouring rain!

Great location, the beds were comfortable but small. No queen beds only doubles, I understand the choice because the rooms are small but difficult to sleep when sharing a bed.
