Rude staff. Tiny room. And a dog barking in the room next to us. Not worth what we paid.

The room itself was fine and the property is clean. There is no breakfast buffet, there is a menu where you can order breakfast items from. Check in is at 4:00, yet our room wasn’t ready until close to 5:00. After tired from traveling, you would hope that your room would be ready at the specified check in time.

Room was nice and the location was great. Wish they had a hot tub and better shower water pressure.

I tried to have a romantic weekend with my girlfriend in the city. After we checked in, we realized there was no tub and the bathroom and it was tiny with a shower. Sink and toilet all in the same room made it very difficult to get ready. Meanwhile, there is a foyer entryway into the room that is 12 / 10. That is just dead space next to the bathroom. Girlfriends dress accidentally fell off in the closet. Floor and dust bunnies were all over it.

Internet was terrible…..and then cell service spotty….so the combo was rough. Bathrooms very small.

i am extremely upset with this hotel due to norestaser i had to cancel my flight jet blue and your agent were great an i got a refund . the hotel would not refund or even give me a future credit due to storm ... very very unaccomadating

Well maintained, immaculately clean, and excellent location to shopping, dining and Fenway.

Couldn’t reach front desk by phone, which I think should be minimum required for a hotel in this price range.
