Room is vey clean and well stocked but it was smaller than expected. Easy parking with a valet or you can self park for less money. Excellent location, close to everything in Boston.

DOWNSTAIRS BAR WAS EXCELLENT, BUT CLOSED WAY TOO EARLY. NEED TO SET TV'S ON CLOSED CAPTIONS ALWAYS SO CLIENTELE AND BAR STAFF CAN CONVERSE UNINTERRUPTED!

Great stay, location and amenities
-
Terrible experience at checkin. Staff were told helpful and simply did not care. Told me to sort it out myself even though it was an issue between Expedia and Sheraton. Once I got through to Expedia (also horrible experience) got sorted. Won’t stay with them again.

The property is old. And just received a refresh that makes it look like it's in the 90's. Hallways, elevators and any other area outside of your room feels like there is no AC and balmy. Careful with the connected handicap rooms which have a door to the next room and every noise carries. On the positive, the pool and Gym are very nice. The hotel is in the middle of Back bay and next to the Prudential and this offers a lot of convenience. AC in the rooms are put in set mode and you have to change to view real temperature which was about 10 dg off. If you like 70's you'll be fine. Lastly see if you get a view. If not you'll just be facing other buildings.

But overall, the stay was great. The location was accessible to shops and restaurants.

The beds were comfortable and slept well. The breakfast for two -paid $40 at time of booking the hotel was actually $78 in value at hotel lobby restaurant Henderson - the server helped us navigate our orders so it won't go over $78 in grand total. I was thankful for that. BUT the quality of the food at that restaurant was really bad - I couldn't help but talking to the manager about it. Hope they improve the quality - there were so many tourists visiting from all over the world due to FIFA world cup and I don't want them to have bad breakfast food memory.

We loved our stay, but when we checked in at 6:00 pm only 1 of our junior suites was ready. The other had not been cleaned, yet. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but we were traveling with 2 small children and they definitely needed to get situated. We waited for a text saying the 2nd room was ready, but after 30 minutes of waiting, nothing. My husband finally went to the desk and got the key. Wish we would have received some sort of compensation for this delay especially since we had booked the 2 rooms in May.

Loved it. Luxurious.
