This goes into one of the top hotels I've ever stayed at. I seriously can't think of a single complaint. They gave us the best view of the Boston fireworks on the top floor, and took care of us every step of the way. They even had a big TV set up in the lobby for the World Cup games. The front desk people were super nice, and Ivan was our favorite server!

The staff were aware of our celebration and helped us accomplish our goals in celebrating. They were kind and thoughtful. Everything was lovely, the decor, the furniture, the space, the amenities.

To start, there were blood stains on the room carpet. Two rooms on the same floor were confirmed by staff when the booking was made, yet they were not available at check-in. Room service trays sat outside of rooms for hours without being collected. The bathroom was outdated, and the air conditioning was noisy. Overall, the property looked more like a Holiday Inn than a Mandarin Oriental. We will never come back.

Great hotel great staff great location

This is not a blow, your socks off property by any means! Dated and just ok. You’ll get the same thing for far less expense at a Sheraton, Hilton or Hyatt. Staff waa nice. There was nothing bad but certainly nothing spectacular or memorable to rave about.

Thank you for making us feel at home during our vacation!!!

Hotel and room were perfectly clean; staff were competent, friendly, and efficient. The bathroom for a double-occupancy room in a 5-star hotel should have 2 sinks; this one didn't.
