Boston Marriott Copley Place

Although, the bathroom door needs to be fixed as it doesn’t close properly and makes an awful (stuck) sound when opening or closing. Also, the bathroom floor needs a non slip rug so guests don’t slip as they step out of the shower, since it is a ADA room, it’s important.

Everything was wonderful overall, except for the “Destination Fee.” I really didn’t appreciate this unexpected add-on and felt that it was misleading. With the high standards I expect from Marriott, I believe they should know better than to charge guests a fee like this.

Great facility, lots to do.

The room was very clean and the hotel is located in the perfect spot for downtown Boston. Very close to back bay T and bus station.

Bien, sans plus. La facture du stationnement monte très vite puisque l’hôtel est situé dans un centre d’achat avec des magasins luxueux.. ce n’est pas le cas pour l’hôtel.

At check-in, Julia Mc was so friendly and welcoming. She noticed I would be celebrating my b'day during my stay. She asked if it was my first time in Boston and she gave me a few room choices to ensure I had great views. Julia really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay, and she surprised me with some birthday treats too. I can't say enough about how amazing she is!! Annie kept the room clean and neat when I was away sightseeing. She even noticed when my daughter joined my trip and left us extra towels without us having to ask. Everyone I met at this Marriott was incredibly nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance to local sights and great restaurants.

Excellent stay in Boston. I stayed for over three weeks, and the experience was consistently outstanding throughout. The location is unbeatable—very convenient to everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the property was always spotless and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic long-term stay. It’s hard to find a place in Boston that matches this level in every aspect. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
