Easy access to our needs in Boston, staff were fantastic

The toilet was clogged up. Waited for the staff to attempt to unclog for over an hour and they still couldn’t unclog. Made a big mess and the staff wasn’t very mindful on hygiene. They ended up switching us to a different room on a much lower floor room with worse view. No apology whatsoever.

Great room on 18th floor. Very comfortable bed. All staff great and had an excellent 5 night stay. Great $20 saving per night at Long Yard. Definitely will recommend to anyone staying in Boston.
