Great location

Our conference meeting rooms were on the 3rd floor and the staff were constantly milling about, tending to our attendees. The rooms were nice and the staff was very attentive and kept all areas clean, including the bathrooms. The daily food and drinks available for breakfast, lunch and two snack breaks was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The hotel is in the heart of multiple restaurants, shopping and things to do - very convenient for guests without a vehicle. The Logan Express shuttle is available to and from the airport for $3.00!! The pick up and drop off are within 7-8 minutes walking distance of the hotel.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the beds provided a great night's sleep after long days in the city. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help with any questions or requests. One of the highlights was how easy it was to walk to many of Boston's top attractions, and the connected indoor walkways were especially convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, excellent facilities, and unbeatable location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston.

Everything is amazing and in addition the location deserves all the money -

cleaning Disappointing front desk experience. The female staff member who checked me in was very unprofessional and dismissive, and I was given the wrong room type despite having a confirmed reservation. Not the level of service I expected from Marriot.

The restaurant was extremely noisy at dinner time. Consequently we only ate there once.

Great hotel and location. We had an issue with the room having a bad pee smell and it took some time for them to make a room change. But otherwise very good.
