Location was perfect and staff were very helpful! I got very clear walking and bus directions for places I needed to go! Just wish I could have stayed another night to enjoy more of the amenities!

Very helpful staff. Beautiful lobby. Great area (Copley Square). Convenient to bus, trains, tours. Lots of dining nearby. Connected by walkway to 2 malls and the Prudential Center (btw you get free Adult passes to go up the Prudential Center for an amazing 360 degree view of Boston (inside and also outside). Restaurant was good, great staff, good selections and not expensive. Popular bar with lots of tvs (the Boston Red Sox were in the middle of a 15 game win streak when we were there. Would definetly return.

Nothing Deposit payment refund process. I stayed there between 12-15th of August. Today is 21st of September and they still didn’t refund my deposit fee! Moreover, they don’t even reply to my messages. See the attached screenshot. NEVER AGAIN MARRIOTT! I’ll use all my lawful rights.

Very clean, loved the water bottle filling station and ice. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping was very polite and courteous, if we were still in our room when they were there to clean, they would come back later.

The Marriott Copley is a large hotel that regularly hosts conferences. It is clean hotel with a friendly staff.

Great location. The Yard House restaurant was also a great place for lunch or dinner.

Dirty towels were folded and left to use. Cookie crumbs in bed. Bed sheets clearly not changed. First sub par stay ever at this property. Do better housekeeping!!
