The entire building was immaculately kept. The lobby smells amazing! Several food options to fit any need. I did miss in room coffee.

The Lenox Hotel in Boston is a beautiful and historic hotel in a great location in Back Bay Boston. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming at all times from the front desk to the door greeters who are ready to help if needed. We thought we would have a queen bed but we ended up getting a king bed which was nice! The lobby has a classy elegant feel with a fireplace. We especially enjoyed the Irving Bar onsite, it had an upscale feel and the bartenders did a great job on the craft cocktails. We also liked the Capitol One Cafe right across the street for expresso drinks at half price if you used your Capitol One card. They had good quick breakfast choices as well.

Our experience at the Lenox was awesome. Great location, ALL of the staff was beyond excellent. Even watching them with other clients, they were always friendly and helpful. The amenities are perfect especially liked the Sweeneys Bar with hotel entrance! Our next visit to Boston, no doubt I will stay at The Lenox!

The staff with the Lennox could not have been nicer. They were cheerful, helpful, and all with a smile. The rooms kind of small, but wonderful. Location couldn’t be better for what we were doing over the Fourth of July. I totally recommend this hotel.

The Lenox is a great hotel! All staff were helpful and nice. This hotel is in the best location - central to everything! Great place to stay with teens. Our room was clean and had all the amenities that we needed including plenty bottles of water. Our hotel experience helped make our vacation even better!
