We loved the location of this beautiful hotel. The restaurant and bar were great as well as Sweeney’s Pub. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Boston.

Great old hotel, great location, awesome staff. Don’t know why bar soap has gone the way of the dinosaurs, even at luxury hotels. I mean, I get that the giant squirt bottles of product save the hotel $$$, but how much does a tiny Crabtree & Evelyn bar of soap cost?

Beautiful and comfortable. Fantastic location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious.

Nice breakfast in Hotels restaurant, enjoyed the Irish bar. Staff were very helpful when flight was cancelled and allowed me to extend my stay a few hours. Would stay again

4 starts for cleanliness only because there was some type of marks on the bathroom wall this second time and I notice this kind of thing. Most people might not have even noticed. 5+ starts for everything else.

Very clean, safe and centrally located. We had children with us and they were doted on. Which is nice sometimes hotels aren’t so accommodating to kids. But they made them feel special. Every staff member we spoke to was kind, and incredibly helpful. We will stay there again when in Boston.

We loved our stay at the Lennox. So much so we ended up extending our stay 3days! Everyone from the doormen to the housekeepers were very welcoming, friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & clean. The hotel offers (3) choices for dining- the best by far is Sweenys. The best food we had while in Boston! Great service too. Highly recommended!
