Excellent location close to transit. Staff were great, no issues whatsoever with our room. I just wish there was in-room coffee.

Great location and friendly staff!

The bed was incredibly comfortable but some of the room furniture seemed dated

The Lenox is a stalwart of hotels in Boston. Large rooms with high ceilings create the elegance of a bygone era. The staff, though, are young, educated and willing to make your stay memorable. The restaurants cover every sort of dining to cater to your individual tastes. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Lenox dozens of times and would never consider staying elsewhere.

This is a very nice hotel. It's on the smaller side, but it feels like a luxury hotel. We loved the atmosphere, and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Our room with 2 queens was large and comfortable.

Great location

Very nice rooms, awesome location and quiet but still in the middle of everything. The bath was out of date but fine. The bed was very very comfortable. Definitely coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Lenox Hotel! First, let's talk about the location, it is right in the center of everything. As soon as you step outside, you are just steps away from all the great things Boston has to see, including a ton of amazing restaurants, shops, coffee spots, and parks. The hotel itself also has three fantastic dining options, a casual spot, a slightly more upscale restaurant, and a great bar.The ambiance of the hotel is incredible. We loved the warm, inviting decor and color scheme. Another huge highlight for us was how genuinely dog friendly they are. The staff was so kind and loving to our dog, even giving her treats, and we were thrilled that they don’t charge an extra fee to bring a pet. That is a massive We would absolutely stay at The Lenox again on our next visit to Boston, and we highly recommend it to others! plus! Our only constructive feedback concerns a couple of minor room details. The thermostat in the room is a bit dated compared to modern systems, and the faucet placement in the bathroom sink was a little awkward and troublesome when washing our hands. We also noticed the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. With that said, those minor details definitely didn't deter us.
