Courtyard by Marriott Boston Copley Square

The location is excellent, close to public transport options, shops, cafes, bars and the surrounding areas are great to walk through to the river and Fenway Park. Boston Common and the park known as Public Garden were also walkable. The hotel is rated as 3 star and with the lack of a decent breakfast facility and menu, I felt it is expensive for such a hotel. Lights in our room were all on individual switches and there were insufficient lights to provide good lighting for the closet and the fridge and safe which were inside the closet. Finally the television and or the remote did not function correctly. The television failed to respond to the remote.

Great stay

Room was very clean and well maintained.

The location was perfectly central to the city and we loved that the modern hotel was in a historic building. There are lots of vagrants across the street due to the public library. The city and police force should clean this area up and patrol more.

Room itself was great. I pre-paid for breakfast, but the offerings here are pretty limited. Would recommend just going to one of the many places nearby.

The bed and sleep experience in our room (901) was truly exceptional. We loved it. But the "coffee" and "breakfast" amenities are lousy. Other than the bed, this hotel was ridiculously overpriced.

Staff was always smiling, pleasant & helpful, and that is primary. The bed & linens are extremely comfortable. Love the location, right around the corner from Newsfeed Cafe & Boston Public Library, 1 block from Boylston Street, & 2 blocks from Newbury St - easy walk to bank, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, coffee houses - 1st rate. Their toilet paper is too rough for me, I went out & bought some that was softer. Wish the breakfast was available all day.

The location was right next to the subway, central location, big room for our family of 5 and the staff were fantastic!

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and orderly. Loved having fresh water in the lobby to fill water bottles before heading out to explore the city. Quick walk to Back Bay station. Great location!
