The location was very convenient, walkable, and easy to get in and out of. The parking situation is not good so we used valet. The valet service was excellent - just plan to build the cost into your travel budget.

The location of this hotel was great for what we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and to see a show. There was also a mall close by. On thing that could have been better about the hotel was the pillows. I like extra pillows, one is not enough, especially if it is not firm enough.

Staff was great and helpful about walking directions and other questions we had. Location is great and rooms were nice. Bathrooms could use an update but overall good. There is not a bar or restaurant just a coffee shop but plenty of places nearby.

Great location, basic hotel and rooms. No bar or restaurant just a small coffee shop and market. Front desk staff were all amazing especially Chris at the front desk. I feel like it was a bit over priced compared to similar hotels nearby

Skipped breakfast food Coffee I bought was about 5 bucks but the free k-cups in my room was better

Terrible experience- property not kept up to courtyard standards, molded bathrooms, slow staff. Manager not concerned with issues.

The hotel is across the street from Star Market which helped make grab and go meals convenient and affordable. The hotel's location is to blocks from the Copley Square Green line which made getting around Boston easy.

Service and staff were wonderful however the hotel is hard to find! The sign is small and gps can’t locate it.
