Great location near historic Copley Square & shopping. Staff could have been a bit more knowledgeable about some local shopping, but were all very pleasant. An ice & cold water machine in kitchen room would’ve been great
-
Cute hotel and in a great location. The staff were nice not very helpful but still polite. My room was so lovely. I didn’t have a view but I still had a nice room.
-
Excellent location with supermarket next door, dining and shopping and transit steps away. Walking distance to everything in Boston. Spacious room, comfortable bed, attractive decor, nice view and reasonable price.

As a native Bostonian. I knew this location was very central for traveling into town via Amtrak, as it's an easy 5 minute walk from Back Bay Station. It is also a short 4 or 5 minute walk to the MBTA Green Line Copley stop. Very convenient for anybody in town for touring the city, with Boylston Street one block away for food options etc.

Clean, well air conditioned room in midst of heat wave. Few amenities, slow elevator, valet service very poor. For the price, it’s all fine.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a prime location, easily accessible to many landmarks and the Copley Station. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

A very average hotel. Nothing wrong just not remarkable.
-
It was a great location. The bathroom was small with no area for your toiletries. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The elevators were slow.
-
Great clean hotel in an amazing location. Within walking distance to Boston Commons, train stations, shopping and entertainment. The room was clean and check in was super easy. The staff were friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.
-
I really liked coffee/tea was available 24/7
-
A smaller hotel amongst the bigger chains. Train is close by, but everything is walkable.
-
Great restaurant connected to the hotel as well! The room was also very clean!

The condition of the room and facilities Hotel should be renewed

Location location location The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room is a bit of a turn off. Having to get dressed to go downstairs to get a drink in the morning was a bit of a turn off

Our room was outdated, minimally equipped, and exorbitantly priced at $500 a night. Many rooms at the hotel have bathtubs and because of a knee injury I requested a room with a walk-in shower. Instead of a modern, glass-enclosed shower stall, we got a hand-held sprayer, a fold-down seat, a shower curtain and a floor drain. The sink had no counter space and a tiny glass shelf. The hotel did not provide any typical courtesy items like a shower cap, cotton swabs, sewing kit, etc. The floor between the bathroom and the bed was noticeably uneven. The motorized window shades did not operate properly: the one on the large middle window did not move at all, while the shades on the two smaller side windows raised unevenly and then could not be lowered again. One of the blackout curtains could not be pulled open. The room had a tiny desk and chair, but no place to sit and read. On the positive side, it was in a great location, clean and a decent size. Bottom line: We travel to Boston often but will not stay at the Copley Square Hotel ever again.
