The staff were really proactive and ready to offer advice. So friendly and welcoming. Just an overall great vibe they brought to the hotel and my stay.

Its a very old boston building in a nice location. The TV did not work properly and the internet was extremely bad, our room window also faced a brick wall so not much natural light.

The staff was super nice and helpful with storing our luggage ahead of check-in and directing us to the airport shuttle in the morning. The room was nice, it was just super small and hard to have your suitcases open and open the door. Also the bathroom door didn't shut all the way. The bed was a double, but felt extra small as well for two people.

Air condition was out and noise level on fan was insane.

The location of this hotel was great, easy access to restaurants, shopping etc. The room could use a deep clean and showing signs of wear particularly in the bathroom.
