Charlesmark Hotel

The staff was great and front desk folks were super helpful especially when it comes to getting directions and how to use Trains. The room was small but clean and had everything needed.

The staff members are very friendly and it couldn't be located in a more convenient location. Unfortunately my daughter saw a mice in the bar area. I think it is just an older property and maybe dealing with big city issues.

Came from Chicago for America 250. Great location for Freedom Trail, Boston Common, restaurants and bars everywhere for whatever you feel like, will recommend to anyone traveling here for a central location.

The location is perfect in downtown Boston. Don’t count on the hotel amenities though. Parking is as close as possible considering the options in downtown. No laundry facilities or gym. The café is great for breakfast but not included in the room (they give 20% off though).

the room was very small. the bed is a foot away from 3 of the walls and maybe two feet worth of space from the 4th wall that happens to be the door to the bathroom. Room came without a fridge but says there is one in the reservation. Also the hotel is located within a restaurant. so you have to walk through the middle of a restaurant the people are eating to get to your room door. I tried to watch one of the VHS and the TV did not work. Also the parking they offer is blocks away from the hotel. Wish the stay was better I really enjoyed boston itself

Room was clean, but bad blinds so was up early due to the sun, made worse by the garbage trucks doing pick-up in the alley at around 5am on Saturday morning. TVs were from early 2000s. Not even close to worth it for the money.

Complimentary breakfast was not the stated pastry or croissant but instead a soggy slice of blueberry bread. 10/10 location though.

Truly a boutique hotel in the heart of the Back Bay, the location is perfect for everything you want in Boston. The room is small and has no amenities, but that is not what I was here for. Clean room, and hotel - plus coffee shop and restaurant on both sides of the hotel make things very convenient. A place to rest your head and explore the Back Bay and Boston. A hidden gem...

Our new go to place to stay in Boston. Great boutique hotel, amazing service (shout out to Joey!!), good restaurant/bar and a short walk to the metro station. Such a great place to stay.

The hotel was so charming! Room was very clean and comfortable, staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is an offsite garage but it’s an easy walk and there is a spot (or two) to pull up and unload luggage and there was no pressure to rush to get unloaded and get the car moved. Location is great too!
