Charlesmark Hotel

This hotel was in the perfect location for visiting Boston. The room was great and spacious for being in a city, all the interactions with staff were friendly and helpful. I would love to say again.

I stayed at the room in the basement level. Unfortunately, public washroom, laundry room and mechanical room are along the way to the room, and smell wasn’t pleasant

I gave the Charlesmark Hotel five stars mainly because of its outstanding location. It is directly across from Copley Station, overlooks the Boston Marathon finish line, and is close to the Charles River. It is also an easy walk to Boston Common and downtown Boston. For sightseeing and getting around the city, the location was extremely convenient.

Front desk staff was great, especially Joey! He was so polite, helpful and always went above and beyond. The location is great, close to the subway and it's easy to get to most touristy places.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to so many things. Great restaurants around the area. Would stay again

Incredible location! And the staff could not have been more lovely. The room was small, but had everything I needed. And the layout was very functional. Coffee each morning was a great start to the day. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has no amenities (besides the restaurant) and the room is dated, still having VCR !!

Located near downtown walking distance to freedom walk. No parking on site. Homeless people outside. Our room was musty and damp. I Do not recommend this hotel.

Super emplacement proche de tout. Stationnement a 5 minutes a pied. Chambre un peu petite mais pour le prix et l'emplacement c'est parfait.

really liked location of property and overall styling is great too. my main problems here were there was an advertised grab and go breakfast and for my 3 mornings there I never saw anything resembling a breakfast any morning...False advertising..beware...plus room had a musty smell

Joe & Lilly were great at giving us directions, helpful hints for our stay. In the morning they went out of their way to find me non-dairy options for my coffee too.

This was a last minute booking for one night. Great location for exploring the city and return to the airport. Reception and security staff were very friendly and helpful and check in easy and quick. Room was a little on the small side but nice and clean. We thought the location of the fridge in the room was strange and a safety risk being located a above head height

Hotel is in a great location near public transportation, restaurants, malls. The room is very clean and the grounds well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. They even provide umbrellas. I took advantage is the free tea and muffin. The fresh fruit was a nice touch.

The room given was not as listed in booking; there was no sofa bed as listed.

this was great location for a hotel. It was right at the end of the Boston Marathon finish line. Super close to shopping and restaurant.
