Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful. Landwer coffee and restaurant was excellent- very good breakfast served. Very small bed in very small room. We got the room very clean but later on wasn't cleaned 100%.

The hotel was well maintained and the staff was friendly. The location in Back Bay was so convenient. We walked everywhere we went. Beautiful hotel, coffee and breakfast pastries were delicious. We would stay here again.

The staff was amazing, the front desk girl was so helpful! She recommended a few spots to visit, and those spots definitely made our trip very enjoyable! Overall the hotel vibes were on point! On a personal note the background music was the best part of it! I would definitely come back here every time I come to Boston!

The location is great! You can walk to so many restaurants, We love the boutique feel to the hotel which is small but very comfortable.

Just an FYI, there is not really a free breakfast here. It’s free coffee + pastry and 20% off at the restaurants next to the hotel.

Great central location. We ate breakfast at the Landmer 2 times and dinner 1 time; all were excellent. Free coffee and pastry in the morning was a nice perk. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. The room was small but well appointed. However, not designed for short people! I could barely reach the hooks for coats and robes, the towels were challenging to get down, and I couldn't reach the refrigerator at all. A step stool would be a nice addition for those of us who are vertically challenged!

Nice cafe. Everyone is friendly. It’s got character but it’s nice and up to date where it matters, decent bed, nice bathroom, shower. My favorite.

The rooms are definitely not worth their price: poor air circulation, extremely outdated furnishing (no proper closet, no coffee maker/kettle, no table, only a foldable chair, an iron with no iron board, no smart tv), stained carpet on the floor.
