The Westin Copley Place, Boston, a Marriott Hotel

There were a few hiccups with our reservation but the front desk staff and concierge were amazing and quickly took care of the issue.

Location was great and loved the hotel.

The beds were incredibly comfortable

Clean room. I especially liked the layout (corner with 2 queens), which provided an amazing view of the fireworks during 4th of July weekend. Location was great.

The biggest disappointment was that Club Lounge access, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, was unavailable during my stay. I wasn't informed of this before arriving. Considering the premium I paid specifically for that amenity, the overall value didn't match the cost. My advice to future travelers is to confirm that any amenities that are important to you, especially club lounge access or other premium services, are available before booking or before your arrival. If those features are a significant reason for choosing the hotel, it could make a big difference in whether you feel you're getting good value for your money.

The hotel restaurant staff are not good, push to pay the bill when I still eating at 9pm

Check-in was great and Camilla was so helpful and friendly. All the staff were so kind and helpful

It was in a great location easily accessible for food and shopping.

I absolutely love this hotel. I felt safe. It was immaculate. The staff was unbelievable and it was in the best location of Boston. I highly recommend it. It will be the only place I will stay. when I return. The concierge Frank was amazing. He literally opened up a map and guided us everywhere. We needed to go every day.

Great location and beautiful place!

Staff was friendly and helpful, but there not much for families with kids to do. The restaurant menu was rather limited also few vegetarian options. The coffee shop was good when it was open. The shop in the lobby was okay with offerings. After 8pm we were not able to order kids food like pb&j for room service, not sure if it was just because of the holiday weekend. The location was good for getting to things in the Back Bay and to walk to Boston Common and the Public Garden.
