The corner room we had was pretty but sadly the AC blasted mold into the room. We asked them to change the air filter but that clearly didn’t help. They were fully booked and had no option. We prepped in the room to go to a wedding, when we came back and tried to go to bed, it was simply too bad. We informed the management and left at midnight. Manager said they will call me the next day but I got no call. Awful experience.

Well situated on Copley Square, this Westin is elegant, friendly and very well maintained. I've stayed here on occasion and I always find it a lovely place. They always have a friendly word and a helpful hand.

For the price I paid I should have not had to pay to park my car ! That was insane! 70.00 a night they charge!!! Plus they have fees that you shouldn’t had just paid in the beginning not when u arrive! Parking should be included for guests! Especially for the price a night you charge! Greed on the high side for u !

My most recent stay at the Copley Westin was not pleasant. Very strong odor of air refresher or cleaner which was not pleasant when entering the room. The air conditioning when lowered emitted a moldy smell. Was the other scent to mask that smell? Horrible polyester blanket under well worn comforter. It was much nicer when staying here two years ago. Time for an over haul.
