It was in a great location easily accessible for food and shopping.

I absolutely love this hotel. I felt safe. It was immaculate. The staff was unbelievable and it was in the best location of Boston. I highly recommend it. It will be the only place I will stay. when I return. The concierge Frank was amazing. He literally opened up a map and guided us everywhere. We needed to go every day.

Great location and beautiful place!

Staff was friendly and helpful, but there not much for families with kids to do. The restaurant menu was rather limited also few vegetarian options. The coffee shop was good when it was open. The shop in the lobby was okay with offerings. After 8pm we were not able to order kids food like pb&j for room service, not sure if it was just because of the holiday weekend. The location was good for getting to things in the Back Bay and to walk to Boston Common and the Public Garden.

Really awful stay. My room was not ready after I arrived from a long flight, and that was at 4 pm! They claimed it was because of the World Cup and insisted that it wasn't a big deal. It was for me, as I was tired and wanted to rest in my room. The walls are paper thin in the hotel and you can hear everything that is happening in the hallway as well as the room next door. Finally, the staff are very rude and unprofessional. I have stayed at other Westins but clearly there is something defective about the work culture at this particular location, perhaps due to poor management. I will never stay there again.

Clean, helpful staff and a great location!

The room was great (studio suite) with a great view of the city. Beds were very comfortable, property was well kept and very clean. I really appreciate the fast elevators as well (it's the small things!). Staff were very friendly and welcoming and had a room ready even before checkin. Lobby area was a great place to just relax for a little bit. Being right in the middle of the city made everything we wanted to do within a decent walking distance and if needed public transportation was easily accessible. It was very family friendly and the housekeeping was exceptional. My only drawback was that the doors into the room weren't as quiet as everything else, so you could here the minimal action in the hall of other guests going in and out of their rooms. But perfectly quiet through the walls and ceiling, so didn't effect the stay at all. I would definitely reccommend for families staying in Boston wanting to do activities downtown.

Very bad front office staff attitude

Great location in Boston’s Back Bay Area. Hotel is well maintained and is one of the two hotel anchors for the Copley Place high end shopping mall below. Connects by indoor bridges to the Prudential Center shopping and dining complex (don’t miss Eataly there).

When eventually got checked in despite the concierge contact being reasonably friendly he didn’t explain anything about the hotels facilities and just asked for me tj enter my card into the machine for any deposits. Didn’t explain how or why.

Just back from a fantastic trip to Boston to watch Scotland, and our stay at The Westin Copley Place made the experience even more memorable. The hotel is in a superb location, with easy access to the city’s attractions, restaurants and transport links. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A real highlight was that the Scotland national team were also staying at the hotel, which created a great atmosphere for travelling supporters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended.
