The only thing I wish had been different was the lack of room service or even a place to grab a soda late at night. I stopped at the front desk and they only had bottled water. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have a few more food and drink options available without having to leave the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They greeted us and made us feel welcome right from the start. The location was great with shopping, restaurants and local bars within walking distance. The room was very spacious and clean. Housekeeping cleaned and restocked the room each day. The pool was a nice perk and offered a great view of Boston. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a blast! From the second we checked in on the pet-friendly floor until we left, the staff and the hotel amenities couldn’t have been better. And oh my goodness, the pool! Our only regret is that we didn’t try the restaurant. Next time!

Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is superb - easy access to shops, restaurants, and other fun things to do in Boston. Would definitely stay there again!

Great property. What good value. Amazing pool with great food & beverage service team. My only gripe is restaurant and room service ended at 10pm on Friday and Saturday nights.

Hotel is in a fantastic location in Boston to explore areas. Rooms are in need of some TLC but served a purpose for a one night stay before flying home. Roof top pool is a bonus but can get busy and limited space.

We had an excellent stay at the Colonnade Hotel in Boston! The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance of so many attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the beds made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel in a fantastic location with outstanding service, I highly recommend the Colonnade Hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a quiet back room on the 10th floor. The rooms were clean and nice. No complaints about anything and everything went smoothly with check in at 2 am.

Excellent hotel, room and staff - very helpful several different ways during our stay. Hotel really well appointed with onsite (expensive) parking. Convenient to many things including the Green Line Trolley downstairs which can get you anywhere important in Boston.

My mind was made up at that point that I would not frequent this hotel again no matter how lovely their lobby or rooms were.
