The Colonnade Hotel Back Bay

Overall a nice hotel. However, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which had the only mirror in the room. Every hotel we’ve been in has had a mirror outside the bathroom which is used for hair drying. One blemish on an otherwise good stay.

Really like this hotel. Stay here whenever we visit Boston. Nice staff. Nice comfy bed & pillows. Great location close to south end for good casual neighbourhood dinning

Nice location on the back nay , easy and convenient transportation. The hotel is big and clean, rooms are really decent size. The pool was excellent clean and with nice views I do recommend this hotel for their location and clean

Good location, views from room, pool terrace and cocktails, breakfast all great! Staff friendly. Air-con noisy. Size of beds in the advertising photos are misleading. The beds are small doubles and look spacious in the photos. The manager at breakfst was not good.

We loved the location and convenience to attractions. I like to run in the morning and it was a great area to run. The pool was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Hotel is situated close to shopping, restaurants, and transit. A perfect base to explore the city. My King room had ample space and overlooked the back, with a great city view and no noise at night. Housekeeping was attentive and thorough. My only slight complaint is that I found the mattress too firm for my liking. I did not use the rooftop pool, so the extra resort fee didn't feel like a good value for my money.

Pleasant reception and staff. Great rooftop pool, plus bar and food ( tho' drinks are pricey even for a Londoner). Good choice of breakfast options. Nice residents coffee and snacks place in the lobby. Slughrly wierd a/c unit, though we sorted it out.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. We were greeted and treated well throughout our stay. We were able to check in early which was a lovely treat. The pool is gorgeous. And the food in Luxor was delicious- such a generous breakfast portion. The location can’t be beat. I would stay there agsin in a heartbeat!

Location. Aidan was nice. Lady at front desk had a bit of an attitude. Room at check in had not been serviced from previous guest. Then when staff went in to clean took some of our belongings thinking that it was from previous guest and did not return!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and hotel was close to major attractions.

I really loved this hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful (especially Auden) and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very clean, with nice thoughtful touches. The location is superb and I felt very safe. Great transport links. The pool was a major bonus! Highly recommend

Staff is quite friendly and helpful especially Aiden. Bar items were very overpriced.
