It's a solid hotel. The staff wasn't super friendly. The bathrooms not super clean.

The rooftop pool was NOT family-friendly! It felt like a college/frat pool party: packed with adults drinking, socializing, sitting on all sides of the pool edge, filling the pool, all chairs, all tables, and the bar. There was nowhere for my wife, me, or our three young daughters to sit or put our belongings. One kind guest offered us one beach chair. The pool was so crowded there was barely room for kids to swim safely! My wife felt unsafe going in or leaving our things unattended. The deck boards were so hot they burned our daughters’ feet; we had to put a towel down for them to stand on. As we left, we saw a mom tell her two small daughters they could not swim because it was too crowded, and the youngest (approx 3YO) began crying. It was sad to watch, but I totally understood! This hotel was one failure after another: no early check-in, no rollaway despite being requested and confirmed, overcrowded alcohol-heavy rooftop pool, unsafe hot decking, poor staff interactions, dirty room, clogged sink, dirty toilet, missing basic supplies, dirty/brok

Overall the hotel is fantastic. We loved the rooftop pool which was busy when we got there but cleared out after 5 pm. My only note would be for the services at the pool bar to ensure that new guests are attended too. We waited a while and I ended up going to the bar for services. I probably would have ordered a lot more if the service was better. The room accommodations were clean and acceptable. We had brunch at Lucien’s and it did not disappoint. Staff was very nice and friendly. I would recommend this location.

Clean, convenient location and amazing pool

Go to hotel with 2 kids at NU. Very convenient and walkable to campus. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Hunger Game atmosphere at the rooftop pool but very good service from the staff that work there if you can get a chair. Attached restaurant was not open a lot when we were there but in the past it was always very good.

Great girls weekend, rooftop pool was nice.
-
Rooftop pool and bar are great too.
-
The shower didn’t work - was a trickle and the air conn was crazy loud. I had dirty plates and cutlery (which weren’t mine) outside my room the 5 days I was the there. The staff were rude and unhelpful. All this and it was $750 a night. I was ripped off.

Cost was a little higher than expected

Wonderful hotel. The rooftop pool area is beautiful. Very comfortable room. And the staff is so friendly!
-
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and happy to help out. We ate at the pool-side restaurant and our server was really accommodating when it came to finding a meal that would work with a specific food allergy. Overall, a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The double beds are technically Full size. That was unexpected.

The bathroom was stuffy…. My nose start running the moment I enter the bathroom

Cannot fault this hotel at all. Comfortable, clean, helpful staff, great areas such as pool and bar. Top recommendation
-
Exactly what we were looking for. Near the station and nice area for walking around, shopping, restaurants, bars and generally positive vibe. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the rooftop facilities

Hotel was nice but pool area was not great and breakfast was not included
