Upon arrival we had to wait for someone to come to the service desk to check us in. The bathroom was not clean so we were moved to a different room. The shower was made for a Keebler elf because we all had to bend down ridiculously low to get under the water. The TV did not work and when we reached out to the front desk, they said it was the weather but the lobby TV was working fine. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not a positive experience at all.

The room was very spacious and was clean upon arrival.

It’s an old building and the receptionist said the heat will not be on until October 1, 2026 there was no disclosure that heat would not be available and I would like to be compensated I am sick and flying home today

Excellent location for moving my daughter in to Northeastern U. Also love the location to the Prudential mall and reflecting pool. Appears the hotel recently was renovated but the flooring was coming up throughout the hotel.

Great location The rooms feel very dated. The noise from the outside back lane in the morning was very bad with tracks going up and down and reversing. You could hear all the plumbing from the adjoining rooms. There was no desk to work from.

Staff were helpful and super friendly! We traveled from Boston during the storm and they were able to check us in early which we truly appreciated. Room had an amazing ocean view and it was clean and was more than enough room for the 4 of us.

It’s an older property so the layout is a little confusing. You have to drag your bags up a staircase in order to get to the elevators. So that was odd. But our bed was comfortable and the window opened so we were able to have our room at a comfortable temperature. Other reviewers said service staff was bad but our experience was very good. Even arriving at 3 am the front staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very clean. The location is great. We enjoyed lunch at a little eatery a block or two away, Thornton’s Breakfast and Lunch.

Floors coming up on hallways all over. Says recently remodeled. I would say beginning remodel. Not at all what the photos show. Very overpriced for what you are getting. Staff never around and or can’t speak a lot of English.

It was great to have parking available at the hotel. The location is excellent for walking around Boston. They offer very little for breakfast so don’t plan on breakfast being included.

Staff was super helpful and awesome. Good location close to subway and bus lines. Air conditioner didn’t work well.

Clean, not really a breakfast though, more like a snack.

The room was mostly clean, but there was dirt and sand on one of the beds. Breakfast was a sad muffin in a plastic wrap and some mediocre coffee. The staff was nice and helpful.

The pictures online make it look like an updated hotel. The rooms are modernized but the outside of the building is dilapidated. The surrounding buildings make you feel like you are in a bad neighborhood. The bathroom was excruciatingly small. For the amount of money I paid for the one night stay, it was only worth half that price. I would stay elsewhere.
