All about the location with proximity to the orange and green line gives quick access to the whole city

We were planning to stay there for 5 days. The staff came to clean up the first day, but they stopped. We requested housekeeping on the third day, but no one showed up. Cockroaches started to show up on the fourth night, and we immediately checked out the next morning. They seemed reluctant to offer a refund for my last night, and none of the staff offered any apology.

Convenient location, near public transit. Hotel was quiet, updated and had everything we needed, including drinking water dispenser. Breakfast was very minimal with coffee and packaged pastries, OJ and creamer. Having real milk or half and half would be an easy improvement.

The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the Prudential subway station. I don't drive to Boston, take the train so prefer hotel near public transportation. The free breakfast was okay, coffee, pre-packaged pastry and fruit. Just down the street is an excellent restaurant Thornton's. Reasonable prices and super service and food.

No microwaves in any areas so could not heat the instant foods. Train stations nearby and Prudential Center as well.

The hotel is old but good room sizes and great location. The staff are very helpful.

The housekeeping was poor. They did not clean the room at all or even empty the trash. They only made the bed without changing the sheets or cleaning the bathroom. One important thing that many people do not mention is that you have to request housekeeping at the front desk, or your room will not be cleaned. The front desk staff was friendly, and having a 24-hour front desk was convenient. The room was okay, but the air conditioning did not work well. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and mainly care about the location. Otherwise, I think there are better options. Trip type Holiday Travel group Family

Shower fan was a bit loud. Great location and building structurally

The room itself was small and quite dark. The shower was also extremely tiny, and getting to the lobby with luggage required carrying everything up a long flight of stairs before even reaching the elevator, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff allowed us to check in early after signing up for their travel rewards program, and I appreciated that flexibility after a long morning of travel. Overall, the hotel was adequate for a one-night stay because of its location, but between the unexpected parking fee, the dark room, the small shower, and the difficult luggage access, I don’t feel it offered the value I expected. I would likely choose a different hotel next time.

Great location. Many pubs, bars and food options nearby. Spacious rooms.

We love the location of this hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is bare minimum packaged muffins and coffee only.

The "breakfast" that they offered were plastic wrapped pastries - not great at all. However, that's only if they happen to have them. Though the supposed time for breakfast is 6am-9am, it's really only "until they run out". When we arrived one morning at 8:30am, there was no food available. And they said it wasn't their fault because they just ran out. That's unacceptable when "Free Breakfast" is an advertised amenity. Also, the front desk employee was not very empathetic to the situation.

    Great hotel

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The main positive feature of this hotel was onsite parking and relative proximity to central Boston. The rooms were barely decorated, it felt very cheap and scarcely maintained. Cleaning service every other day. Meager breakfast. No facilities. Not even a restocked self-serve snack machines. On arrival, the room key was not working and the situation was repeated several times without an apology from the front desk staff, yet they always seemed occupied. Would not stay there again.

The hotel AC was not working, the room that we booked and even after we changed the room , nothing was working for us . It was so hot , we can’t even sleep properly. This hotel should work on their AC cooling system.

Clean basic hotel - not far from Fenway by train

For the price of the hotel we were expecting more. First there were no elevators for the property so if you are on the second floor you will have a hard time with your luggage, We were on the first floor and we still had to go up two flights of stairs. With a family that was a lot of luggage to take up. Makes no sense why there isn't a ramp. The lobby was very basic. Once again for the price we were expecting much more. Very underwhelming. The rooms were big and the beds comfortable but the bathroom was very small. They had remodeled by installing a tub liner which was coming loose on the bottom and made getting in and out of the tub very difficult if not almost dangerous. The hotel was close to transportation but other hotels are more centrally located. My final complaint was we were there 3 nights and 4 days and they never came to clean the room even when we asked the front desk and they said they come in after two nights.

Amazing hotel close to the train and shopping mall. If you prefer a good breakfast I do not recommend it but overall 5 stars. Lovely location and beautiful rooms. Spacious! Toilet a bit small but we are small. Thank you.
