Great place to stay while in Boston. In walking distance of Fenway Park

Perfectly designed room with nice tech features. Automatic Blinds blackout the room completely. Comfy bed. Very clean and new. Roof deck view is incredible.

Clean room, lots to do in the area

Room and view were amazing! Extremely clean hotel with a unique vibe compared to the average hotel. 10/10 recommend!

The room was clean and just what we needed. The breakfast and coffee is expensive. It looked good, but we passed. Good location and had fun. We will stay here again. Staff was excellent. Helpful, kind and cheerful.

Tiny room, lukewarm water,

I had an amazing 2 night stay. The hotel was clean, it was a funky and fun space, I enjoyed a beautiful view from my bed, and slept wonderfully both nights!

This second time staying at a CitizenM the first in Zurich, yet again the hotel met my needs and was perfect for my World Cup stay in Boston. The rooms whilst a little snug are always clean and I like the layout which are perfect for solo or couples.

This hotel was conveniently located but everything else was a bit of a nightmare. You have to ride an elevator to check in, then a different elevator to your room. The room was like a dorm or ship's berth and exactly as wide as the bed is long. The bathroom sink is in the room and you walk between it and the shower whenever you enter/leave the room. There were no drink cups of anything in the room at all. Check in and out is via a tablet in the 2nd floor lobby, attended by an un attentive helper. I hope to never stay in one of these citizen hotels again!

Nice hotel, and a good location, but keep in mind that the rooms are very small. We didn’t find the beds too comfortable but that could just be our taste.

The bathroom had hair in it on the shower floor, when I walked in first time. Otherwise room was clean and well kept. Great cafe. And rooftop. Nice location

Amazing location

I was extremely delighted with my stay at Citizen M Boston Back Bay! Our room was much bigger than I had expected, so that was the first surprise. It was very easy to get to from the airport, too, as I just took the Logan Express bus to Back Bay which was free and dropped my off just down the street from the hotel. The hotel is very modern, fun and hip with amazing artwork and decor. The room had huge windows overlooking the city and black-out blinds which were useful because we needed to sleep during the day. We were so close to many restaurants and shopping - the location was ideal! Just a short walk to Boston Commons. We will definitely be back!
