Good location - close to Cambridge and Newbury street. We had a high floor room with a good view of other buildings in the city. Typical CitizenM room. Bizarre room layout, lighting is multi colored, can't walk around the bed - have to climb onto it. Lobby layout is also bizarre and gaudy.

Nice place overall but the rooms are just too small and awkwardly laid out. Bed is against the window and wall to wall so only one open side and no outlets or table on the one side. One person will always have to climb over the other to get off the bed. Also no drop off area or parking so have to go to a parking garage and lug your bags to the hotel.

For the price I think breakfast should be offered for every one. Ice machines should be available in each floor instead of just the bar. And definitely need bigger mini fridges. Those were minuscule
