Very clean room.

The entire experience was smooth and simple. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The room was exactly as I expected from the website.

Everytime the shower was used the smoke detector went off….we paid a extra 100 for late check out to use the amenities because we were there for a tournament and they were occupied or closed…the parking at night crazy I guess they have events there at night

Staff were so friendly and welcoming

Brilliant hotel with spacious rooms. Because we were travelling from city to city we didn’t want to empty cases and there was plenty of room for two open cases in the rooms and it didn’t impact the space at all. They were also so helpful when I left behind some of our possessions when we had to leave in a hurry. What a difference these things make, very helpful and pleasant staff. Wish all hotels were like this one. Thanks Carol

I appreciate the suite design with a separate bedroom.

Very nice and clean. Rooms felt luxurious and the view was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was the pool. Felt a bit unkept and there kept being issues with getting into the door. Water could use better upkeep with chemicals. We also checked in on a Wednesday and discussed how we would be using the pool. They did not mention that the pool was rented out on Wednesdays and saturdays for swim classes for 3 hours. We had to get out of the pool after less than an hour due to this and our daughter was very upset as it was her birthday. Definitely should let people know this upon arrival.

Fantastic hotel. Room was excellent. Very comfortable and extremely spacious. Daily cleaning service provided and fresh towels provided every day. Hotel had excellent facilities, great choice for breakfast, snack menu was good and quality of food and staff service was first class. Can’t think of anything that did not meet an expectation.

I love this hotel. Always super friendly and helpful. The pool and hottub are great ways to relax while staying there. The rooms are always clean and put together nicely!

Very helpful staff and room was great and spacious. Got a late checkout and a cot for my room with no hassle.

Nice room

Cleaning every day was great, great service. Front of house staff were great fun , including the night team who welcomed us back each night after partying with the Tartan Army. Swimming pool could do with better changing facilities. Rooftop view was great. Bar prices a little steep, probably what you expect in a Hotel.

Genuinely a fantastic visit. Our room was huge, we had an AMAZING view of the river. They were FULLY decorated for the World Cup and created photo opportunities for us. It was one of our best experiences we’ve had at a hotel and it was just one night. Very grateful we got to stay here!
