Good and comfortable experience at this hotel.

Great property! Shuttle service is so convenient.

We had such an amazing time at the Double Tree. We arrived at 1am and the staff was absolutely understanding and helpful. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the Charles River. The Double Tree cookies were also warm and oh so addictive. The hotel is within walking distance to a Whole Foods and Walgreens. There is also a lobster place just across the river. If you are visiting Harvard, there is daily shuttles taking you to the school with multiple drop off/pick up locations. This will also be the hotel we will book when we are in Boston in the future.

We stay here at least once a year. It's in a perfect location to visit the campuses of Harvard and MIT. The rooms are always clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Love the pool and hot tub. We will continue to have this hotel on our yearly trip to the Boston/Cambridge itinerary.

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel in an idyllic area of Cambridge. This was part of a two week longer trip for us, and by far our favorite hotel of our extended trip. We appreciated the living area of the hotel room greatly. We adored the rooftop restaurant and the Fusion lounge. We appreciated room service and the market within the lobby. We utilized the fitness center and the guest laundry - both were much needed! We enjoyed the easy walking access to the Harvard campus (where we had meetings). We appreciated the easy Uber rides to get into central Boston. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Staff was accommodating was able to check in early. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space.

The experience was on brand for the Doubletree in a great city location. Helpful staff. Quality breakfast. Good service. Clean room. Well operated. Bar service at rooftop and lobby. While not a luxury experience it was very good quality for the value.

Room was clean and spacious. WIFI was spotty and inconsistent. The shuttle going to different parts of Boston was helpful and appreciated since public transportation to and from the hotel was not very good. The hotel is surrounded by a freeway so it wasn't easy walking around the area to find local restaurants, etc.

Quality hotel in a good location for access to Boston and Cambridge.

The property was clean, the evening staff not as friendly. There was a false alarm on the night I checked in, and the person at the front desk had already been in a mood before the false alarm went off. I know it was probably stressful for him as everyone in the hotel had to be evacuated. When we went in, he began to argue with a customer. Definitely made me feel as if I couldn’t ask him anything moving forward. Other than that the size of the suite was good for a family of four.

Trip with son to Boston to Fenway Park. A bit of a walk to public transportation but one time, we were able to ride very close to the bus stop with the hotels van. Nice, safe area. Very clean rooms. Didn't notice the murphy bed until the 2nd night--thought it was a closet. (this was in a king room in the sitting area)
