Love this place

Staff was amazing! Everything was smooth. great location!

The room was great, with a nice view of the Charles River. However, the staff were sort of rude and getting in & out of the hotel from the parking garage was annoyingly complicated.

Very comfortable bed, quiet room, lounge area and mini kitchen were great. Room service was quick and delicious Lady who checked us out wasn't very welcoming, seemed disinterested. Nothing in the immediate vicinity, restaurants or shops. You need a car or taxi to get into Boston centre

Superb

Room was as requested, river view, top floor. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast menu prices were reasonable and tasty. Dinner menu was also good, there was no need to dine out.

We arrived very late after flight delays, but the young lady at the desk was most friendly and polite. Really appreciated that after a long day!

Everything was perfect during our stay in this amazing DoubleTree hotel. The view was enchanting.

The staff was friendly but there were huge rats outside in the landscaping where you can sit.

Wish we knew there was a daily charge to park but other then that was satisfied with everything else.

I stay here on a regular basis. Ideal for visits to Cambridge. Excellent value.

Location cleanliness breakfast

Great room and excellent staff and service. The only small downside was a slightly odd smell in the elevators and hallways.

Great location for visiting Harvard. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious with great amenities. Easy walk to Harvard square area.

Great location, great concept Nothing

Friendly staff. Large hotel with working elevators. Had good space inside the hotel room. Smelled a bit unclean. Every time I showered, if I even cracked the bathroom door open, the steam caused the smoke alarm to go off. With 2 adults and children, that’s a lot of smoke alarms at first and then cold showers to try and prevent. It was super expensive so expected a lot more.

The room was clean and spacious. The halls and elevator carpet had an unpleasant odor. The breakfast was delicious, but not complementary. The parking garage was convenient but pricey. The location was convenient for driving, but not at all pedestrian friendly. The bathtub appeared to be very clean and was deep. This led me to indulge in a hot bath, not something I generally do at hotels. (due to questionable cleanliness)

This is a good place to stay, close to Harvard, MIT, downtown, BU. It has on-site garage parking with reasonable fee, in and out privileges. We are pretty happy that we chose here to stay.

The room was spacious and spotless. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I was there for work and didn’t get to really enjoy the amenities. I will book with them again the next time I’m in town!
