Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Watertown

Very nice hotel, nicely located close to new shops and restaurants, we felt safe to walk in the neighborhood. The staff was very helpful in helping us finding a garage to repair a flat tire, and also in giving us directions to move around in Boston using bus and subway. Overall we had a great stay, I highly recommend.

Excellent service upon arrival. We were there 3 hours early and they were able to accommodate us within the hour. Malahkai checked us in and checked us out. He was very helpful with applying our Marriott rewards points. Staff was great. Always greeted us with a smile and always asked us if we were doing well and if we needed anything else every time we saw a staff member. Our suite was clean and we didn't have any issues at all with our room. The complimentary breakfast was a basic breakfast. No complaints at all. Thank you.

Our tv was broken and our toilet didn’t flush :( had to use main lobby bathroom during our stay, whenever we tried the tv it immediately would turn off too. So disappointed

Nice Audi car .. not the hotel fault do .. I return by 08:45 pm .. was the only park available

The pull out bed in the couch was torn, the bed didn't work and was dirty.

Other than that, I have been very happy with my stay. This is my third year staying at the same hotel, and overall, I have always had a positive experience.

We are family of 4 and we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and we felt so comfortable. Room was clean and it even had stove top and a big refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was so good and also location is so good and near to everything. Really recommend this place.

We are from Texas and were in the Boston area to take our son to college. Your hotel and its staff was truly top notch for us In a time of having to send our child off so far from home. The stay there was very convenient and near all the things needed for a long stay. Housekeeping was great and thanks for the extra bottles of lotion 😊 Grace at the front desk was simply wonderful with her pleasant smile and kindness dealing with people as quirky as I know we are. Also I didn't get his name but I wanted to give a shout out the gentleman with dreads who was working on the flower pots out front on the day we were leaving. He was kind enough to stop what he was doing to call someone to get an answer for me 😊 We will be back many times while our son attends school there and will be returning to this hotel. Thanks for a pleasant stay ....

This Residence Inn and Suites is beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was just a lovely. Located in a great location and easy to get to other places.

I wish that the hotel housekeeping would leave two packets of dishwasher detergent. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and I hope to return.

The one bedroom suite was actually bigger than I thought the breakfast was excellent and the building was nice and clean will definitely visit other locations in my travels thank you

We had a lovely stay at Residence Inn. This was our first time at this location and now my husband wants to stay here all the time. The room was so spacious and comfortable fully laid out like an apartment. We enjoyed the daily breakfast with plenty to choose from in a very attractive room looking out onto Arsenal street. The location of the hotel is perfect with Arsenal Mall on one side and Watertown Mall on the other side. If you need to use public transportation the bus stop is right outside. I highly recommend this hotel. Would stay here again and again. Thank you to the staff who were very accommodating from start to finish.
