Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Watertown

I wish that the hotel housekeeping would leave two packets of dishwasher detergent. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and I hope to return.

The one bedroom suite was actually bigger than I thought the breakfast was excellent and the building was nice and clean will definitely visit other locations in my travels thank you

We had a lovely stay at Residence Inn. This was our first time at this location and now my husband wants to stay here all the time. The room was so spacious and comfortable fully laid out like an apartment. We enjoyed the daily breakfast with plenty to choose from in a very attractive room looking out onto Arsenal street. The location of the hotel is perfect with Arsenal Mall on one side and Watertown Mall on the other side. If you need to use public transportation the bus stop is right outside. I highly recommend this hotel. Would stay here again and again. Thank you to the staff who were very accommodating from start to finish.

Uber to the city is about $30 but that was offset by the room cost Vs city centre hotels. Great stay, recommended.

Above and beyond staff at all departments but particularly: front desk (so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind), amenities support, and breakfast team!!! My bride of 40 years says it was possibly the best hotel breakfast that she has ever experienced: tasty, not too salty, and high protein. EV charging stations were convenient and faster than most. The a million!

I enjoyed the spacious room and reasonable price but the room and hotel generally were stuffy and humid. The free breakfast was pretty typical and underwhelming.

My stay at this hotel was great, staff was welcoming and answered questions asked.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms and the lobbies were very clean. And the breakfast was good! Overall even around the area my niece and I felt very safe to walk and explore in. I would recommend!

The room was decent, met our needs for the visit. Proper utensils, dishware and such were provided, kind of. I was surprised that the only cookware provided was 1 single pot, no frying pan or anything else. I asked the front desk about that and was only provided with, a smaller pot pan. Good thing there was a Target nearby to buy my own saute/frying pan. The majority of the living area was clean. But my girlfriend and i noticed a fair amount of hair on the bathroom floor that wasn't either of ours based on the color/thickness. The top of the fridge could have used a dusting since i wrote a smiley face on it (Room 208) As far as other amenities, the pool time we got was quiet and enjoyable. The area it resides in is quiet and has options.
