Having free parking on site was a nice perk. Staff seemed friendly but I didn’t interact with them much. Overall it was fine for what I wanted , only needed a one night stay. Thought it was a bit pricey for the room, probably would not choose to stay there again.

Convenient location with a lot of parking. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The TV set up was odd, not much of a selection. There were no amenities except free coffee and ice.

the staff was friendly, and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and updated. Parking was easy access in and out and it was very quiet both day and night. The price was right, and there was easy in and out of Boston from this location.

The bathroom was not cleaned. There were footprints in there and A LOT OF HAIRS . The sheets were stained. The staff was nice I stayed just for 1 night but they were friendly.

I found long hair in the bathtub, which I initially overlooked. The bigger issue was the bedding. Around 1:30 AM, after returning from a concert, I got into bed and immediately noticed a very strong body-sweat odor coming from the sheets. The pillows smelled the same way. It was obvious that the bedding had not been properly washed or checked before the room was given to me. I was alone, it was 1:30 AM, I did not know who was working, and I had to leave the hotel at 5:00 AM. I did not feel comfortable leaving my room to request another room at that hour. I ended up using my own clothes to cover the pillow and keep the sheets away from my face just so I could sleep. This experience also made me question the cleanliness of the towels and other items in the room. Unfortunately, housekeeping gets a 0 from me on this stay. I emailed the hotel after my stay to report exactly what happened and give them an opportunity to address it. I never received any response from the hotel. If you stay here, I strongly recommend checking and even smelling the sheets and pillows before getting into bed. Cleanliness should be the most basic expectation at a hotel.

The ride to the city was quick and the room was clean and smelled nice.

Totally functional, clean, and great for the price. It’s basic as hell, but if that’s all you need than it’s a great proximity to Boston/Cambridge and you don’t have to pay Boston/Cambridge hotel prices. Parking there but gets tight, the lot out front and the covered lot are not big so a bit tricky with a truck or a big van

Room was clean. Smell of weed everywhere when stepping out of the room. Tried to extend our stay and staff was unhelpful. My husband was in the hospital after major surgery and they didn’t care.

Worst was my sheets. My sheets were dirty. They had clearly been slept in and had not been changed. This made for a very cold night.

No complaints

The property it self was very run down, not to clean. The stair rail was hanging off so that is a hazard. Rooms were ok. Water in shower took a while to heat up. Plenty of parking. Good location for the concert we went to. The Staff was pleasant.No breakfast only coffee.

The Inn was conveniently located. Walked to a wonderful diner. Bathroom door would not close easily. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

Tener elevador

The hotel is located on a corner and has a small parking lot. From the outside it can be deceiving. My room was very nice. I had a double bed and the room was clean and provided enough space. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area.

Nice little hotel in Watertown that won't break the bank. Quite, clean and simple. It had all the basic needs for us. Decent beds, pillows, AC and heat available. Spacious. Easy to park, get in and out.

The room was clean and enjoyed the surrounding area. Felt safe. Would stay again.

Didn’t like having to carry 4 suitcases down stairs to get to my room. The facility doesn’t have an elevator.
