Lovely place in every way. They charge for parking tho.

There was a flooding issue at the hotel. They emailed just before we arrived. Upon arrival they let us know that they relocated us to a hotel in Woburn, thirty minutes north of the city. They did not insure that the hotel they sent us to was a suitable accommodation. It did not have a room with enough beds for me and my two children. The hotel staff repeatedly lied about how Expedia would help and how they would be helping fix the issue. We spent hours on the phone trying to get a resolution. All resulting in hours driving all around the Boston area with two sick kids and no answers. No suitable accommodation was ever found, nor did the staff make any attempts to secure them or help correct the issue. In end, after all of the lies and waiting/wasting hours for no results, I drove the 3.5 hours home to get my kids out of the car and in a bed. We had to drive back to Boston at 5:00 am the next morning for more appointments. I’ve never had such horrible experience. It is pathetic that your customers are the collateral damage for your corporate profits.

Only one armchair in room, no sofa or side table, and a terrible chemical smell. Not the best experience.

Clean room

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless. It was also pretty quiet. I think breakfast should be included especially when you’re a member of a hotel chain. $20 per person for a continental breakfast is a little much.

The hotel facilities are beautiful and very clean. The entire staff treated us very well and was always helpful whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast was delicious and well-balanced, and the hotel is just a short drive from Boston's main tourist attractions.

Staff was great

This hotel is conveniently located right above the Mass Pike in Newton. Easy, ample parking, and some restaurants nearby. The hotel itself could us a little more care: peeling ceilings, broken door to the pool area and no sign, hotel room windows badly in need of washing, and other small signs of less than stellar care. The $20 breakfast was the exact same breakfast that one gets for free at other hotels. And the parking is not free.

Parking was included and very easy. Staff were professional and very pleasant. Our room was clean and was just as we expected. No issues at all!

We had an excellent stay!

2- no drawers to hold clothes in room 3- armoire in room but you can only use a small hanging area. Storage for ironing board and luggage rack, which falls out when you open door 4- lighting is awful 5- no long mirror 6- no hook on back of bathroom door or anywhere else. One hook for towel. Could have put a dresser or night tables with drawers Only stayed because it’s closest to my family

Every thing was ok

Room was clean had an odd smell when we first arrived but went away. Overall 15 minute drive into Boston not a bad spot!

The bathroom sink was clogged. You couldn’t run the water or else you’d have a flood. The shower floor was scratched up and stained. The furniture in the room was outdated and dirty. The beds had stains on the mattresses in the mattress wouldn’t even stay on the frame. I was embarrassed to bring my family here I made a bad choice.

Good location right off/above the highway.

The hotel and the room were clean. We had a nice view. The check receptionist and bartender in the lounge were absolutely awesome!!
