The room was clean The hot water in the shower took 20 minutes to have 15 to 20 minutes for it to come out hot and I had to sit there and play with the faucet wall during that time just to get hot water to come out. The hotel was over the turnpike, and the exhaust and sound of the cars and trucks were heard all day all night. The smell and the exhaust was eventually after a few days accumulating in the room gave me a terribly sore throat and a cough.

Clean, quiet room. Restaurant staff for both dinner and breakfast were exceptionally pleasant.
-
Breakfast perfect Very good dinner… Excellent service.

This is the second time I stayed here this year, after not staying here in many years. Both visits have been excellent. Great value for the money, good location, and a few local eateries within walking distance. The parking garage was convenient. Most of all, however, Nakia went above and beyond to make this stay excellent. She addressed two special requests which were very helpful.

Beaucoup de bruit de construction sur le toit à 7h AM...

Nikita at the front desk was very very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We spent three days in your hotel and saw the sites via train, bus and car. Your staff was very helpful.

breakfast and parking should be included. And it’s not. Overall I don’t know if I would stay here again especially at the rate I paid.

The smell hit me first. Imagine the most aggressive, eye-watering cheap cleaning solvent you've ever encountered — not the clean kind, but the kind that smells like it's desperately trying to mask something far worse. It didn't succeed. The room reeked, and no amount of time with the door open made a difference. Then came the visual horror. The carpet looked like it had survived multiple decades and at least one small flood — torn, threadbare, and so old I couldn't even tell what color it was supposed to be. The bathroom was worse. Hair on the toilet, the sink, and the walls. Not just a stray strand — a full commitment to filth. The room itself? A glorified closet. There was barely enough space to stand, let alone feel comfortable. My date was waiting downstairs, and I made the executive decision: there is absolutely no way I am bringing another human being into this room. I grabbed my bag and left without spending a single night. The smell alone should be hurting — cheap solvent masking something far worse. The bathroom had hair on the toilet, sink, and walls. The carpet was torn and ancient. The room was barely big enough to breathe in.

A bit further out from Boston than i expected. Swimming pool is nothing more than a big bath and the rule that adults cannot swim alone doesn’t help solo travellers. Bedroom furniture and furnishings very dated

Everything was excellent. The maids, however, could smile more. Perhaps they’re underpaid and overworked?

The room was clean. The hotel is located near the highway, but it was still fairly quiet at night, and I had no trouble falling asleep. Around 5:00 a.m., traffic started to increase, and the road noise became more noticeable. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my sleep kit on this trip, including earplugs, so I wasn't able to sleep much after that. With earplugs, however, I think the noise would be quite manageable.

Place was clean and tidy. However, the road is really noisy and I could not reduce the noise. I was on 5th floor. Struggled to get a good sleep. Not the staffs fault, it is literally built on a busy road. Also there was a lack of coffee and water provided in the room. But the noise....Will not stay there again.
-
Nothing unique, just ok in all aspects. Mediocre.
-
Nice hotel conveniently located next to a bus stop. Easy and quick journey into central Boston. Very nice hotel in great condition. Only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was it was quite noisy due to being located above the motorway. Nice view from our room.
