Natalie is very warm, kind and chill. Enjoy the little chats here and there. Highly appreciated for the pre-marathon “bagel-load” ;) None

The stay was wonderful! We really enjoyed the gourmet, freshly made breakfast each morning—it was a highlight of our trip. The space was very clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again. We had no issues at all during our stay. Even though there were other guests, we never saw or rarely heard anyone, which made it feel very private and peaceful. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience.

The place was clean, easy to access, and cozy like staying at a friend’s house. There’s a cabinet with extra supplies you may need/have forgotten. It’s in a quiet area. The bed in Paris room was comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely clean and looked newly remodeled. Kitchen was cute and well-equipped.

Cookie. Yummy. I want more cookie.

Quite, private and simple, but very cozy. Good access to public transport. Be able to reach downtown and universities without the hassle of driving. Free parking!

Couldn’t find Washington St.

Convenient location, lovely home, didn't take advantage of breakfast so can't rate ($10 pp). It was not a problem for us but the stairs up to the room are steep and narrow. It might be wise to let potential guests know that.

Location was excellent, and the host gave us privacy. Parking….we got a ticket because our bumper was on the other side of a no parking sign. The garbage man called so we would get a ticket. I have a registered service dog, and had to argue with the host that the ADA protects people with disabilities from being told that the dog is a pet.

Location is nice. And I always appreciate self check in options so that I don’t have to waste time waiting for others or run the chance of having to wait around before being able to check in and get myself situated. Other than that, nothing. Although, the second bathroom located in the kitchen, has a nice touch with all the half naked firefighters photos all over the walls everywhere you look in there. Gives off quite the impression. If you’re not an open minded person when it comes to things of that nature I wouldn’t suggest you use that one, but if men are your flavor, you’d probably get a kick out of it at the very least as I thought it was a joke myself but doesn’t seem to be. lol The lack of amenities, or basic comforts you’d expect from paying nearly 300 for 2 nights but instead were given the bare essentials and ignored. I thought it was a bed and breakfast and their site even claims to have breakfast available for an extra $10 fee per person but when I asked the host I was treated rather poorly in my opinion and was shown my reservation on their phone i guess to show me that I did not book a room that has any breakfast essentials or anything related at all included or even as an option and then barged into my room without giving me a real reason other than she wanted to check the windows to make sure they were shut? Once she barged in and started playing with the windows for some reason, even though they were all shut and locked and did not need attending to nor did I request such, the woman just walked out and didn’t even say another word to me. It was slightly offensive and very odd. And the site also boasts that it has AC but don’t think that you will have access to any control of it. My husband and I were extremely warm and uncomfortable in our room but when asked if there were any way to possibly adjust the temperature for us we were told that the central air was set to 70 and that was the only comfortable setting for all other guests, so they could not do anything to help us with our comfort apparently - not even an offer of possibly a room fan for the 2 nights we were stuck here, I mean, really?? … I wouldn’t recommend this location, unfortunately. Not worth the price at all!

Wonderful, quaint accommodations on the third floor. Well kept, kitsch theme, and great view. Go to the cafe down the street! Fine for me, but accessibility may be a challenge for some travelers.

Comfortable, quiet, clean, convenient

Property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and backs up to A Big Forest. Residential neighborhood was quiet and I had no trouble parking my car. Both bathrooms had been recently remodeled, and were spotless. Access instructions were timely, clear, and accurate. I easily walked to dinner two evenings and had a wide variety of choices. Incredible value in every regard. No issues.
