Natalie House - Boston

The bed/mattress was excellent. The room was cosy. Since there is no concierge which is understandable given the setup and price, they should put a sign with a phone number in the hallway to call the management in case the customer needs to talk to a person. Going thru the internet to fetch a number can be cumbersome.

Friendly host; cozy room; very clean; very quiet. Some good restaurants nearby. We had the Irish Pub room on the top floor, so lots of stairs--plus stairs from street level to the front door. But that's not unusual for establishments in this category.

Quiet neighbourhood

Easy, independent access. Very clean. Great communication by host

Nice staff

I immediately felt welcome upon arrival! Natalie was very kind and available for anything we needed, although we didn't need anything as everything we needed was provided for us. It was a very comfortable stay. Would totally stay here again! The only downside is the location, but that's subjective. I was in Boston for graduation and Ubers quickly added up going back and fourth from Cambridge. However, the price cannot be beat and we discovered a really excellent hole-in-the-wall Chinese place within walking distance (with many other restaurants to choose from). There was also a beautiful reservoir within walking distance, too, so the location could be perfect for you depending on your trip's purpose!

No issues!

Nothing. It was cozy and clean and well thought out!

Great location, close to public transportation. Clean and comfortable. Lovely host, tasty breakfast. No complaints at all

Natalie is very warm, kind and chill. Enjoy the little chats here and there. Highly appreciated for the pre-marathon “bagel-load” ;)

The stay was wonderful! We really enjoyed the gourmet, freshly made breakfast each morning—it was a highlight of our trip. The space was very clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again. We had no issues at all during our stay. Even though there were other guests, we never saw or rarely heard anyone, which made it feel very private and peaceful. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience.

The place was clean, easy to access, and cozy like staying at a friend’s house. There’s a cabinet with extra supplies you may need/have forgotten. It’s in a quiet area. The bed in Paris room was comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely clean and looked newly remodeled. Kitchen was cute and well-equipped.

Cookie. Yummy. I want more cookie.

Quite, private and simple, but very cozy. Good access to public transport. Be able to reach downtown and universities without the hassle of driving. Free parking!

Couldn’t find Washington St.

Convenient location, lovely home, didn't take advantage of breakfast so can't rate ($10 pp). It was not a problem for us but the stairs up to the room are steep and narrow. It might be wise to let potential guests know that.

Natalie is very friendly and accommodating. Had good suggestions on areas to visit Conveniently located to the green line train

Location was excellent, and the host gave us privacy. Parking….we got a ticket because our bumper was on the other side of a no parking sign. The garbage man called so we would get a ticket. I have a registered service dog, and had to argue with the host that the ADA protects people with disabilities from being told that the dog is a pet.

I knew it going on, but shared bathrooms are not my favorite

Beautiful clean and comfortable
