Amazing recommend would stay again

We highly recommend staying here.

So so good but great location

Suites are very large and beds are comfortable. It’s a very quiet hotel but within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast is the typical hotel buffet. It’s a newer hotel and quite clean. Parking is $35/ day and super convenient.

Very expensive parking on top of room rate.

Honestly this is a gem. Clean rooms, nice property, helpful staff, only complaint is parking is expensive.

The free breakfast for the four of us was a bargain. The omelets were excellent.

Close to everything..had a nice terrace

I stay here a lot. Usually great staff. But the young lady at the front desk in the morning was rude. Well maybe not rude, just NOT friendly. But the breakfast staff were wonderful as well as the late night check in.

I have celiac, I was able to get a filling breakfast. I loved eating in the outdoor patio, and the coffee was delicious. The shower was weird. I had trouble figuring out how to change which wand delivered the water, and wasn't able to switch from the top wand to the bottom wand. Also, the floor of the shower was very slippery.

did not feel like changing rooms after a long drive from PA after we found crumbs on the drawer, near TV. sent a text and they gave us water and a snack for the issue.

Flew in from Europe to head home to NY! Nothing!

Staff was amazing, especially Bettina! Also, appreciated how clean the hotel is and how convenient to food and activities!

Safe to stay , clean , big room Not sure

Sure I will never return again. Awful view, a housekeeper entered in the bedroom when my son and I left for the breakfast meanwhile my husband was dressing up, breakfast set up and table disgusting, no green tea. There is no point to stay here. I made this reservation by mistake, and I’m definitely not returning. The view was awful, and when my son and I left for breakfast, a housekeeper entered our bedroom while my husband was getting ready. The breakfast place was disgusting and tables not clean. No green tea. There’s no point in staying here.
