Hampton Inn & Suites Watertown Boston

Despite what Expedia says, it is NOT close to Gillette Stadium. I will say, however, this hotel and the Watertown area are wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the room and lobby area were pristine, and there’s a lot to explore in the cute area.

The room was very clean and well set up. There was hot water for showering and the water pressure was very good. The property as a whole is all very clean. The staff was exceptional and answered all of my questions. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel. It’s clean and new and the lobby and dining area are lovely with wrap around windows and comfortable seating. It’s a “one stop shop” in the sense that you can just park your car for the hotel and then can walk to a wide variety shopping and dining (even a park and playground) because the hotel is part of a new development. Great place to stay if you are visiting someone at Boston College. Campus is less than 2 miles away.

For the price, I'm not so sure the breakfast was the quality I expected for the price you are paying. Their were obvious cutbacks such as small tissues ,timed air conditioning or heat .

Absolutely miserable place. Would never book a reservation with this place again!!!!! Go somewhere else.

The hotel, staff, breakfast were all fine as expected in a Hilton hotel. The carpet needs cleaning. I found it to be stained and quite dirty.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, but unfortunately, the staff were not very friendly or welcoming. The gentleman at the front desk, Mohammad, didn’t seem particularly interested in helping when I asked a question, and I don’t think I saw him smile once during our interaction. He definitely didn’t give the impression that he enjoys his job, which was disappointing for an otherwise lovely hotel.

First time I stayed at this hotel and it was great. Nice shops near by. Great price

Excellent breakfast The AC unit was very noisy and although there was a setting to turn it off, it did not go off. It would go off, come back on, go off again - very annoying. I reported this to the desk in the morning along with room number and she assured me that she would report to maintenance for repair.

Beautiful hotel, but you have to pay for parking and walk from the lot to the elevator and then take the elevator to your room. Inconvenient.

I was supposed to get two walking showers. I got one tub and one shower no locks on the bathrooms. I went to close the bathroom and jammed my finger in the door. It is one of the cheaper hotels to stay at around Boston area so it worked out just OK.

put wrong name for my room, but charged correctly under my credit card. I found out at the same night, and the other front desk )night shift) had to call manager to have investigation. When I ckecked out, I found that wrong home address was on my ionvoice, also with slight overcharge.
