What ultimately leads to my one star overall review is how rude and inconsiderate the staff are. My child left a very important stuffed animal behind on accident, so of course we called to try and get our hands back on it. On the phone they said, at first, that it was in the lost and found and we could come pick it up. About an hour later someone else calls and says that they can’t find it and they’ll have to speak to house keeping in the morning. This of course was very upsetting and we spent a lot of the night worrying over this. When we make our way back there the next morning we’re told that they threw the stuffed animal out because “it looked like trash.” When we asked for more information they just shrugged and said that it was trash. My child and I then spent 30 minutes rooting around in the industrial trash bin, hoping it was still there. Luckily it was and the garbage man hadn’t come yet and we were able to find him.

I booked my one night stay last minute because of the price. The photos on Expedia were a bit misleading as it said ‘Inn’ and the sign says motel and the interior something else… no elevator, no hall carpet and gates at the stairs? The linens in the room were clean thankfully but the overall condition was very poor.

With the exception of one staff member, the staff was unfriendly and completely disinterested in being helpful at all. The room size was OK and reasonably clean except for the space under the bathroom vanity, which was filthy. There's no elevator and no one to help carry luggage up the stairs. The thing that bumped it down to 2 stars from 3 is that both our room keys were disabled by 7:30 AM on checkout day even though checkout is 11 AM. We had to go down to the front desk to get them reenabled so we could grab breakfast and get back into our room to pack. If we are ever back in Boston, we'll spend a little more and stay in a nicer place.

Beds comfortable, quiet rooms, nice to have parking included. would stay again!

It was clean and quiet

I booked 2 nights, a room with 2 double beds. 1 of the beds- the bedframe was extremely squeaky. Every time you move, turn, sit on it- it makes loud squeaking noises like the bed is going to collapse. That's unacceptable. The pillows appeared to be smaller than standard size. Shower & bathroom floors are dirty. Atleast the location is good- close to everywhere that I had to go to & there's a parking lot. I would say, you get what you pay for BUT I don't believe paying $220+ per night is worth what I got. Also, heard a lot of men talking loudly, even at 10pm, 6am. Lots & lots of noises going on. Terrible experience.

The room smelled stale and of old smoke, making it quite hard to breath and sleep as an asthmatic. The staff did come in and spray some deodorant spray that helped for the 2nd night, but not at all what I expected. I stayed for the 3 nights I had reserved, but won't return there again.

They were very kind giving a refund on a mistaken reservation when dealing with fiancée giving birth

Room was good. Overall clean enough. Front desk was pleasant during check in and check out. McDonald’s nearby was great as it was 24 hours. Tv did not have many channels. Overall a good place to stay. No nearby metro lines. However uber was available for 20 dollars or less to center of Boston.

Very pleasant place to stay for a short trip

All I can say is you get what you pay for… a roof over your head. There was garbage in the garbage cans left from the previous occupant. The lighting in the room was dim, at best. The noise from Soldiers Field Road was only drowned out by the loud air conditioner in the room. The bed linens were questionable, and I actually considered sleeping in my car. The grout in the bathroom was black with mold. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend to others.

The room is adequate in that things seemed clean but the beds were lumpy and the hair dryer didn’t work. The air conditioner did work but was very noisy.

Good price good value working included

Only stayed 1 night for the Rutgers/BC game. Room was clean. Exceptional shower. Wasn't in the room much, but I'd definitely recommend to a friend. My biggest peeve with hotel rooms are the off odors. This facility had none. Getting to the property is a little rough for an out of towner who doesn't frequent the traffic patterns, but otherwise fine.

Location, beds, water pressure, shower head Terrible value, dirty, hallway smelled like people cooking ethnic food in their room. Bathroom had dirt, dust covered table lamp. Wife cried but we had no other option. Would never stay there again.

Parking is convenient, the staff are very friendly, and the WiFi connection is smooth.
