The location is very convenient to the Chestnut Hill area with access to nice neighborhoods and the reservoir for great walks. It is a very comfortable hotel and well appointed with an lovely staff! Plus you can bring your well behaved dog. We didn’t dislike anything! Hotels in the Boston area are typically fairly expensive especially after adding fees, taxes & parking. They do a nice thing… to offset the “destination” fee with a daily hotel credit of $25 equal to the # of nights you are staying! This is very nice!

Love the rooms but our TV didn’t work and it was quite odd that bar wasn’t open during parents weekend during the day. Lots of lost revenue for the hotel. That said, valets were EXCELLENT. Weather was brutal and they worked with a smile. Also, nice treat to provide sliders mid day on Saturday.

We've stayed at other hotels in Boston, but always come back to AC Marriott in Cleveland Circle. It's pricier than the others we've stayed in, but its clean, convenient, and the staff is great.

The property is very nice and the location was ideal for our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet for sleeping. The staff was a little hard to understand at times but they were extremely helpful. There was no conditioner in the bathroom.

What I was charged was $1387 or something and my bill was 1090 something don’t understand why??

I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions and usually enjoy my stay. Unfortunately, this time was disappointing. The shower was dirty, and there was no body soap in it. Also, the floor in the room felt sticky. Even my husband commented that he felt the floor didn't feel right. They may need to reevaluate how they clean their rooms.
