    We also encountered billing issues at checkout. Our final bill was incorrect and required manual adjustments to apply the credits we were entitled to. During this interaction, the front desk staff did not even make eye contact while communicating with us. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated experience—several staff members throughout our stay appeared inexperienced and lacked professionalism. Finally, despite being a relatively new property, the hotel has several facility issues that affected our comfort. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely weak, making even simple tasks such as filling a cup take much longer than expected. The hotel has a modern appearance, the combination of issues mentioned above made the stay less enjoyable. There is significant room for improvement in both staff training and day-to-day hotel operations.

    Excellently located for Boston College. Stayed 5 nights and on 2 nights my room wasn’t serviced , this was disappointing. The view pass and the railcards are a nice touch. Breakfast was fine but would have expected more choice for the cost. This is a very expensive hotel and I’d think twice about coming again. The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful.

    Very disappointed there was no microwave or refrigerator. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food was unappetizing and confusing to figure out how to even get it. We were able to get it free with Marriott points and still didn’t because it was gross. As much as we paid for the reservation, I felt it didn’t come close to the expected quality. Definitely would not stay again.

    The water pressure was very weak and 1 night the wifi was very bad.... but staff, facilities, and location were fantastic... especially the gal that was the bartender! Also, ALL front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfy.

    We have stayed at this location before because our daughters live in Brighton, which makes it convenient for everyone. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are nice, but for some reason one of the bedside lights were out and I generally read before bed. Also, I did not find an ice machine or drink machine on our floor.

    They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible.

    Our room was in great condition, the mattress and pillows were comfortable to sleep on. The air conditioner was a little loud when active, but overall, we had a very nice stay.

    After all this, I was double charged after checkout. I called several times, was eventually transferred to the manager’s voicemail, and then was never called back. Thankfully I was able to work with Expedia and they helped me get the refund. The hotel is comfortable enough, but it is poorly organized.
