This was a hotel not in a certain neighborhood but easy to get too other neighborhoods. The room were clean and comfortable.
-
Stains on mattress, carpet in room was dirty, mold in shower and poor maintenance.
-
Cons: -pool so cold it’s unusable (in the summer no less) so why advertise it? -bathroom door wouldn’t close because THE WALL was in the way (no way this was a brand new issue, why aren’t glaring problems being fixed before putting people in rooms?) -traffic is loud as heck -significant mildew in the bathtub of the 2nd room I was put in (bc the bathroom door in the 1st couldn’t be closed) -annoying to have to ask for multiple things at breakfast instead of them just being available (why have tea without hot water? And no other drinks available - had to ask for water and juice) I chose this place for the amenities and they turned into more of an inconvenience. I wish I’d chosen almost anywhere else. I won’t stay here again and I would steer anyone I know to a different hotel.

Great stay in a great area

The facilities were not clean.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and clean room. I peeked into the indoor pool area and it looked fun for kids. They had a rock climbing wall and basketball hoop area. $20/night to park the car at the hotel, and there were plenty of parking spots. We paid for breakfast one morning ($15 per person for buffet breakfast) and ordered a flatbread pizza for dinner. Wasn't the greatest food but it was decent. The traffic in that area was stressful to drive in so we didn't want to venture out more often than necessary. We walked around Harvard one late afternoon for a self-guided tour. It took us 30 minutes to drive about 2 miles to the hotel that night. The next day we parked at the train station about .5 mile away ($9 parking for the day) and took the train to Boston to do sightseeing.

There were no extras included. There was no breakfast. Other than a $14 breakfast offered. The fact that there was an additional $20 charge for parking was a little overboard I thought.

Nice hotel. rooms were clean, the lobby was clean, plenty of parking, and just a short walk to the subway
-
The little things make a difference. No safe to lock valuables. Soap pump dispenser in shower was empty. Toilet flushing mechanism sluggish. Dirty q-tip on floor. On and on. For the money, one would expect better. Would not recommend unless you simply need a place to lay your head and cannot find other options.

We had a great stay. Staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The location was great and they offered a shuttle to take you within a 2 hour radius. We went to Assembly Row and had a great time.

The hospitality is always on cue; quick responses from service representatives with a professional tone. The room was very clean as always. The drawers in room 200 would not stay closed causing an inconvenience especially for my children. Only one of the elevators worked. A huge concern is that the elevator does not have an automatic stop. We witnesses 2 other customers having to pull their limbs out.
