Holiday Inn Boston - Cambridge Area by IHG

Nice property. Close to the orange line and several stops for transfers to other lines and destinations. Decent breakfast Fridge in room was musty. Room Size was a little small for the price. Expired food items in mini market. Only one elevator working

Large room I was disappointed with the cleanliness and housekeeping during my stay. The room was not clean, and the bathtub had not been cleaned. Housekeeping also left pillows on the floor after servicing the room, which was unhygienic, and did not provide a complete set of towels.

Exceptional

I liked the pool area and tjat it wasnt a bad price at all. The room wasnt the dirtest but there was hair and dust and it was alittke dirty sheets looked clean but yeah. And the hand wash was in the shower and the conditioner was where handwash should be. Just weird little things. When i checked in the front desk was rude and no one really like explained things did the whole check in or check out spull. Like they didnt tell me how much parking was till i asked or how they would even charge me. When i checked in the guy didnt even ask if we have a vehicle

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

They promote free shuttle within a 2 mile radius but it’s never available.

Stayed here because cheaper than downtown Boston, and the public transport to town was not far away, We checked in early, a room was available so we went there and it hadn’t been cleaned. No biggie as we were just dropping luggage off and heading to the city anyways. Breakfast was nice, parking was easy. Would recommend

Everything was great except the water in the bathroom took long to warm up I requested a king size bit and got what it looked like a full , other than that everything was good

The hotel was clean and great for the children

The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. They assisted and accommodated me in printing work documents at the front desk more than once.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast people were very accommodating. Would stay again.

Place is closer to downtown Boston than I thought. Very clean. Nice staff. The website noted the breakfast appeared to be included in the price. But, onsite, the staff stated either a voucher or a $15.00 payment was required. The front desk reiterated that, only to be overruled by a supervisor who I asked to become involved. She did not seem thrilled. Either HI or Booking.com needs to clarify this better on the website. Boston’s hotel prices were exceedingly high this week, including this HI, which exacerbated this breakfast charge/no charge problem.
