Didn’t like the fact that the carpet had holes in it and when you walked barefoot the carpet felt like it was sticking to your feet. I can tell that the bathroom - tub/ shower were new and recently caulked to the floor tile but they need to install new tile in the bathroom and new carpet in the bedroom . The bed was comfortable but the hotel as a whole needs updating/ cleaning - including first floor front desk - elevators - hallways - breakfast area and hotel room.

NA Carpet was stinky, room ambience was not as per price paid

The hotel definitely needs a refacing. The carpets in the rooms need to be replaced and everything looks dated.

The only thing needs to improve is carpet inside room and hallway. other than that, ... ... thumb UP!

Bathroom tub plugged up, needs lots of upgrades. Eventually, we must change rooms

The staff are ever so helpful, accommodating. The shuttle great. Breakfast wonderful. Now corporate ….. loosen the purse strings and update this place / the carpets are dingy, the staging and furniture in room is misplaced and cumbersome. The internet totally sucks.

Really liked that the location was near a train station and that it had stores and restaurants within walking distance. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work.

The hotel is older, but the service, breakfast, and room were great for our overnight stay between our flights. Decent price and very nice staff and shuttle driver. Wonda, in particular, was sweet and caring for her guests. Would stay again.

This is one of the dirtiest hotels i have ever stayed at . The carpet smells of urine

Room was really dirty:I dropped something under the recliner-dusty bunnies every where. Pulled the mattress back and the box spring was filthy. Carpet was stained. The tall lamp didn't work. Tv remote stopped working second day. For the cost: breakfast was subpar other la Quinta's put out more; I thought that door was the exit the back of the property. There was an old toilet just out on the property. The staff was excellent especially the shuttle drivers.

Property and halls/rooms are a bit dated.

The hotel is very poorly maintained. Room was very musty smelling, also smelled like old cigarette smoke.

The tv didn't work. The shower handle fell off. The hotel is old and is in need of updating. Broken tile. The ice maker didn't work. No microwave in the room. Waited an hour and a half for pick up from the airport when I was told 30 minutes. Breakfast was mediocre. Would not stay here again.
