Front desk very unfriendly

Stayed here because the reviews but they were not very accurate. We came in late from a game and had to leave early the next morning so luckily only had to stay one night. Carpet was wet in the room outside the bathroom. There was a funky smell in the hallway outside our room. When I woke up in the morning the sun was shining through holes that hopefully were just from dry rotting and not from bugs. Went to flush the toilet with nothing in it and it nearly over flowed. Would not stay here again

The ice machine in our floor was broken, the ice machine on the lower floor was broken too. We finally found an ice machine in the main lobby. This property needs some updating and care. The staff was courteous. We were disappointed with this booking.

The building itself looks a little bit old, but interior/facility are average level. I had no trouble. A/C is working fine (though it's a little bit noisy). Hotels in Boston is quite expensive, so this is a good deal hotel. If you are okay to walk several minutes to the subway station, it's convenient because you can access almost all the tourist spots in Boston.

What has changed in my experience since 2022: 1)Parking used to be free, they now charge $10 on top of your reservation and its also taxed. 2) Breakfast - Breakfast was always crappy but the quality seems to just have gotten worse, for what they charge per night it should be a step up. The coffee was horrendous this year and they got rid of the white bagels. 3) Rooms - The mini fridge in my room was 80% rusted, i avoided using it. The fan in the bathroom made a 40DB loud sound when it was on, so i did not use it. The king size bed was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately i will not be staying at this hotel anymore, just has gotten downhill.

Always have a great experience. Staff is helpful and nice. Continental breakfast is very good and convient.

Eddie at the desk was wonderful and helpful but elevator area and rugs and doors all need to be updated big time . Bed was comfy though and room was clean

Very clean although the hotel is a little old. The staff very kind but I would give the people more information about the transportation. Breakfast good but I will add some more variety between days, not a lot but something.

So friendly and helpful staff. Love the shuttle to the airport and back. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for overnight stays flying in and out of Logan Airport.

Clean and comfortable

We stop here on the way to the cape. It’s very affordable. It’s walking distance to shoppes. Rooms are dated but it’s such a convenient stop not really an issue. Staff is great. Breakfast and parking is included.

The staff was nice; courtesy shuttle was a bonus...the breakfast was an option, but the waffle line was always so long I couldn't get one, the eggs were powder-made, the coffee was avg. (Dunkin next door)... I saw a lot of what looked like fruit flies in my room. I was there for 2 nights... the A/C worked great & so did the tv. Will look elsewhere next time.

The evening front desk woman was lovely, but otherwise everything else was frightening. All the carpets looked like a crime scene. There was an obvious pile of food crumbs outside our door the entire length of our stay as well as a bag of trash that was only moved once I mentioned how bad the smell was down our hallway. We couldn’t tell what it was coming from (I believe smoking—workers said they “couldn’t smell anything at all”). While the location probably wasn’t sketchy it sure felt that way. That entire hotel should be torn down or go through a gut remodel. And it’s not like it was a great deal for what we got.

Won’t stay at this location again. Very loud all night.

This was a decent place to stay in the greater Boston area. A bit inconvenient to get places via public transit. Breakfast was ok. Lacked variety. Only white toast and blueberry muffins, for example. We could hear our neighbors through the walls. But room was clean, shower was hot, elevators were fast, coffee was always available. A decent option!

Really liked location. Room large and clean. Train and highways close by. Great location

We just wanna watch tv before to leave for the baseball game at Fenway Park around 7 pm… They send us 1 guy who change the batteries in the remote .. and lesve … the problem was still there… we called again The reception… another Guy came ( unhappy) try few things … and Saïd : I willcomeback…and Never comeback.. We decided to Forget about it…
