Ac is too strong, and room space is limited. But location and breakfast are nice

The room was clean and only needed to request more washcloths since we only received one for 3 people. Parking was not bad but it was in a parking garage across the street from the hotel. Breakfast was a little lacking in choices. Staff was excellent and very eager to assist with anything. Would definitely stay here again

Les bornes de recharge ont été un point négatif important de notre séjour. Les places réservées aux véhicules électriques étaient régulièrement occupées par des véhicules à essence, malgré une signalisation indiquant clairement que ces véhicules peuvent être remorqués. L’hôtel n’a pris aucune mesure concrète pour faire respecter cette règle. Résultat : impossible de recharger notre véhicule et obligation de trouver une solution ailleurs. Pour un hôtel qui annonce des installations de recharge, cette situation est décevante.

Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great as well. I was disappointed that a pool was advertised in hotel description and there was none. I even packed swimwear and felt dumb. Overall it was a good stay.

Came for a concert in Boston at TD Garden! It was super Close by which is an amazing. Staff was amazing and helpful. Absolutely will stay again

Great location, easy access to the T. Very clean, with restaurants nearby. Parking in the garage is easy and accessible for $13 a day through the hotel.

Clean and spacious.

Room was ok but obviously well ripped off with world cup pricing. They dont tell you until checkin that maid service is only every 2 days. We stayed 6 nights and the second one was missed so only got maid service once in the 6 days. Reception said they would note it. Be aware that inline with lots of other USA hotels breakfast is a poor selection akin to prison food and only plastic plates ,bowls and cutlery etc. Very poor indeed for the price paid.

Really liked the cleanliness and the modernity of the rooms. Also, being very close to a subway that takes you straight to downtown was a major plus. Everything was great. I do wish there was a little more offerings in terms of the breakfast (ie non pork meats). Also, the parking is a bit limited.

This is a fantastic location right beside the train station. Into the city centre in less than 20 mins. Hotel was so clean and I felt so safe. Shops and facilities around the hotel and great laundry facilities. Really happy with our stay and would highly recommend There was nothing we didn’t like about this property.

This was a great property that was quiet and clean. There is plenty of food and shopping around you. And you can access the T from a bridge in the parking garage across the street. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with lots of options. They even had a sign saying they can work with food allergies (although I didn’t ask since I knew as a gluten free person I could eat the eggs). Our room was a good size and we had a kitchen with a full size fridge. I would recommend staying here if you want a place outside of downtown Boston, especially if you have a car with you.

It’s a perfect location. Train is just a few minutes away. Assembly Row is also just a short walk.

No blackout curtains, no tv remote in my room, too many chairs/tables in the room forcing an odd layout. Otherwise great to have a full kitchen and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was more than continental but not great

Excellent hotel, stayed here with my family. Rooms were clean, modern and plenty of room. Location is ideal with nice restaurants nearby and the subway was only 5 min walk which took you into central Boston.

Really excellent experience great location hotel extremely clean and staff very helpful would definitely use again if returning to Boston
