Great location, comfortable room, great coffee (when machine is working and stocked) Customer service can be great or pretty bad - it just depends on who you get. Hotel has an amazing coffee machine - unfortunately it’s not maintained and stocked, so often broken or without supplies.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! There were 4 of us in one room and it was the perfect size. The property is absolutely stunning, the amenities were amazing and the location really cannot be beat. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Every time I find myself in Boston, I stay at the Row Hotel. The hotel is upscale the location is perfect the shops, restaurants and waterfront all within walking distance. The hotel always has a lively vibe. The trip there were two sweet 16s and a wedding. Great place I’d recommend it highly
