The staff are friendly. Convenient parking lot next to hotel (foley parking garage). They have a pantry where there are snacks and coffee available to hotel guests. The shower is very nice. Great location. Cons- Walls are thin and you can hear the guests next to you talking. Doors close very loudly and you can hear people going in and out of their rooms. Can’t attest to the other rooms but in my room on the second floor - a/c made screeching noise like a child screaming every time it would begin to run, smoke detector located right above bed, so light flashing above my head all night. When I went to adjust a/c in the middle of the night there was a spider crawling on the wall. Terrible view from window - felt like I was staying in a basement.

The hotel is nice, the bathrooms are nice and the showers are very good. The pool was a bit underwhelming for a property like this, it was very humid in the pool room. They have a few balcony areas which are amazing. The common areas are very nice as well. Overall it was an enjoyable experience except the lack of staff to take luggage to your room.

The room and bathroom configuration were very nice. The toilet and shower had privacy doors so more than one person could be in there at a time.

Great hotel, location was perfect for access to Boston on the Orange Line, and the restaurants and shopping in walking distance to the hotel are fantastic! The FrontDesk staff were all wonderful!

What an amazing hotel! I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. I would happily stay here again!

Hi, overall we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Nice room, excellent location, good staff. One issue was that we had a little bit of delay with the in-room dining service. We ordered hot chocolate but came late and we got it when the foods were done. My son wanted to have that with his bread and egg. Also when we were checking out, the breakfast fee was not included in the fee and so had to wait again which made us a bit late to our scheduled tour. I know sometimes things get busy, but wanted to let you know.
