Bricco Suites

High energy area. Unique check in process. 10/10. A great place to stay to avoid the staleness of a big box hotel chain. Walkable to many attractions and restaurants. An incredibly comfortable option for those looking for something different.

If you can't sleep with a lot of noises then do not stay here. We could hear the very loud street, the music from the restaurant below, the fire system that needed maintenance constantly beeping in the hall and the very loud upstairs neighbors. We did not sleep much. Also, it wasnt clear during booking that this 'hotel' is over a restaurant. Your front desk for check in or anything else is the restaurant host desk. You need ice? Go into the restaurant to request it. It was very inconvenient and very loud. Would not recommend.

I really liked how neat and tidy it was. The location was fabulous. The stairs, but the manager kindly helped us with our luggage.

Location was perfect, in the heart of Little Italy surrounded by a fantastic array of Italian restaurants, pastry shops, coffee shops. Bricco is located on the Freedom Trail, Paul Revere house and old north church are close by. 10min walk to Quincy Market & Faneuil Hall. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Bricco restaurant downstairs was lovely, good food and service and a great ambience. Book a table in advance, restaurant is popular and was busy every night. All staff we encountered at the property were attentive and helpful. Check-in was within the Bricco restaurant, it was somewhat chaotic, we arrived on a busy Saturday evening the restaurant was packed, with guests queuing for tables outside. The IT system was down which resulted in a delay checking us in. However the restaurant manager was helpful and carried our luggage up to the room (4th floor) this was much appreciated. There was an initial cleanliness issue in the room which was attended to promptly by the hotel manager. The room was cleaned to a good standard for the rest of our stay. The layout of the room could be improved by adding a small dining table and chairs. There is a small kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, coffee machine) but nowhere to sit and eat. The room was spacious so a small table would fit with some re-configuration. Air con/heating unit was very loud.

Room was super clean, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Perfect location in north end, as well as walking distance to Downtown. Felt very safe. Would 1000% stay here again (:

Great location.- in the middle of Italy quarter, next to Freedom trail, the staff was friendly and supportive , we were provided by water , cofee and milk for free every day , the flat was clean and nice , all in all we can recommend to stay here - good relation price vs service The kitchen equipment was quite limited , maybe more plates and some sharp knife would be great

Nice sized comfortable and clean room, good location to the North End, downtown Boston, and public transportation. Bottled water supplied daily. Flight was cancelled due to a Nor'easter coming in and staff was able to accommodate an extra nights stay.

Good location in Italian Qtr in Boston. Easy walk into downtown Boston.Only a 2 night stopover for us pre cruise. Room had good facilities like Microwave ,good coffee machine ,fridge etc. Our room was adjacent to a kitchen and a shop and we had no view other than into a yard, We had flown transatlantic and needed some daytime sleep but it was a bit noisy at times. Weather was terrible and we ended up spending more time than we would have liked in the room as there was no other area we could use.

Location of the property Cleanliness of rooms Staff were very friendly & helpful The needs to be better sound proofing as we could hear the upstairs flat child running up and down all night. There are also rats in the ceiling as could hear them scuttling. It would benefit from a sofa area in the apartment.

Amazing location right in heart of North Rnd on Hanover Street. Surrounded by great restaurants. Like Europe. 2 blocks from Paul Revere’s house and the Freedom Trail. Walk to T and Long Wharf ferries. Like Europe, no elevator. North End can be loud. Room backed up to exit of Sumner Tunnel. Quiet considering. Used white noise on phone.

Would recommend, staff was great. Location was also amazing and was able to travel seamlessly to everything I had planned. Only thing I would let people know, be sure you can walk up some stairs to get to your room.

I do not normaly leave reviews. I travel allot for work. This was a great place. Location was amazing and staff was friendly and helpful!

Would not stay here again. There is no elevator, we were on the 3rd floor dragging bags upstairs. Noisy late from the restaurant downstairs, and early from trash/deliveries/etc. Location is great, in the heart of Little Italy. Overpriced.

Loved having a 2 bedroom suite in the North End of Boston. The outlet in the bathroom did not work.
