Clean, spacious room right in the North End. Guarantees seating at multiple neighborhood restaurants. Amazing water pressure in the shower.

Great staff, spotlessly clean, nice size room great location and a fair price Nothing, the hotel and staff are top notch.. however because its an older building the stairs would be a bit difficult to navigate for older guests or carrying a large suitcase

The property was in an excellent location, perfect for exploring by foot. We walked the North end, to boston common and the gardens, to Charlestown and beacon hill. For anything further, the Subway is around the corner. Upon arrival, we had a wonderful welcome and were offered seating at any of the 10+ restaurants owned by the property. The room was very clean, and the bathroom and one of the bedrooms was very spacious (we were in a two room suite). Lots of fluffy towels. As others have mentioned, there was no elevator (i did not see this until after i arrived..important to read reviews! Lol) and to enter the property you have to go through a restaurant. There is no front desk or any staff. As others have also mentioned, the pillows are a bit soft, in contrast to the bed being a bit hard (side sleepers beware!). And the room is noisy in the evenings. One of the bedrooms had a glass door and there was no comfortable place (no couch) for the family to sit and relax after a long day which is what I would expect from a 2br suite. The reason i’m giving the property a 7 and not an 8 is that we were told not to drink the tap water and were left with 750ml of bottled water each a day. They said we could ask for more, but i do think that easy access to drinking water should be a basic and the fridge could be fully stocked with all the water one could ever possibly need to drink. Despite the environmental impact of that (so much for the water bottle i brought with me).

It was right in the middle of the North End of Boston with amazing restaurants EVERY WHERE! Very walkable to everything!! Not a thing! There is no elevator, but just be pre to walk steps.

The location can’t be beat. Lively street in North End with access to everything you want or need. The street is kind of loud at night. If you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring a sound machine or ear plugs.

Great centre location for exploring Boston & fantastic places to eat on your doorstep. Nothing, all good.

Had lunch in Bricco restaurant and was great. Accommodation itself was great - comfortable bed, great cooking facilities (didn't use them though) and pleasant lounge area. TV in lounge and bedroom. Plenty storage and safe in the cupboard. Despite being near main underground road which comes to surface (not sure its name) there was little traffic noise. Great view from the room. Some stairs to climb to the room which some may find an issue - however the staff did say assistance is available which of course i didn't need. I wouldn't put this off having Bricco on your list to stay at.

Very unique place. Units are reached through a very safe small alley that has delis adjacent. I asked for a ground floor unit as I am an older lady and there was no problem reserving it. Room was very spacious but bathroom was tight--not a problem for me but may be for little ones. Location was on the main street of the north end, lined with fine Italian restaurants. I stayed during the week in early June and it was very quiet at all times. Walkable to harbor and T stops. Great place and reasonable.

Great location. Air con a bit loud

Location was superb, easy walk down to the port and central area

Couldn’t have a better location. The room was great and in the heart of everything. Coffee maker didn’t work but that didn’t hurt us because cafes were all around us. Very safe and where all the action was. AC worked great and it’s hot right now in Boston, that was important to us. It’s not a typical hotel but we recommend very much.

This hotel is amazing. right in the heart of the North End and accessible to most of Boston. The staff is great and the suites are beautiful. So happy we chose this hotel.

Everything from location to accommodations. The stairs

Location, location. Moved from a studio to a suit. (They couldn’t find the studio key). Comfy bed , space There is no reception. You check in at the restaurant reception. No one obvious to ask question etc. but the manager of the restaurant super helpful

We have stayed before and loved it so we booked again and we were just as happy - staff were amazing helping us get our heavy bags to the room

We booked 4 rooms for a family vacation. Even though the website states there is no elevator, it does not portray an accurate picture of the stairs you will be hauling your luggage up. The stairs on their website show wide straight stairs. This is not the case! The stairs are very narrow and curve all the way up to the rooms. Extremely comber some and not adequate for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. I feel they should be a bit more forthcoming about the stair situation as we would not have booked here if we had know a head of time.

Great location close to lots of nice Italian restaurants. The place was run down, especially the bathroom. Definitely not value for money.
-
Loved the North End location. Easy access to the "T", close proximity to the airport, and front door access to the North End's famous Italian restaurants! A choice of different pillows would be nice - prefer firm pillow.

Beautiful room, spacious, fabulous location Stairs getting to room were a little tricky
