The front desk staff are very helpful and kind. The texting for your car to be ready is helpful. But the hotel lacks a warmth in the general spaces and the rooms could use some upgrades in terms of towel and sheet quality. The hairdryer needs to be upgraded as well. Disposable slippers and robes should be offered at this price point. The hotel is stuck between wanting to be viewed as mid tier higher end but offers lower mid tier amenities. The breakfast is fairly good but also too expensive for what is being offered. Cold breakfast for $20? Suggestion is to reassess what the hotel is trying to convey and rework some of these things.

The staff was extremely helpful and informative. The lobby and all common spaces were neat and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The room was really nice, but unfortunately you could hear everything going on out in the corridor. Not soundproof whatsoever. Other than that, the hotel was fantastic.
