Perfect location and hotel staff were very helpful. Bar and restaurant was great.

Great location to the Aquarium, sunset cruises, whale watching cruises and the ferry to the Airport.

Great location and staff. Starbucks in the lobby was very helpful. What I personally did not like was the towels we’re like sandpaper to me and no robes. I also found the beds to be very uncomfortable and the sounds from outside made it hard to sleep. also heard the blow dryer 5am from the next room. Room was very clean and staff was wonderful! Check in was nice but long lines.

The Marriott Long Wharf is a beautiful and well maintained hotel in the seaport district in Boston and we loved the area as well as the hotel! The valet parking was also helpful as parking is at a premium in Boston, so that made our stay easier. The hotel is very clean and the restaurant served amazing food at reasonable prices and the staff at the restaurant were very attentive and kind. I also appreciated the Starbucks that was located in the hotel as well. The views are absolutely stunning and the rooms were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Clean and comfortable. Great location close to everything. Very busy area with some noise at night. Bathrooms lack any towel rods, hooks, or holders which is super annoying.

The toilet clogged multiple times during our stay, requiring an engineer to come to our room more than once. As a result, we often had to use the restroom in the lobby instead. The housekeeping staff was also very persistent, repeatedly knocking despite our privacy sign being displayed. The front desk staff came across as disengaged and seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. The pool was much smaller than the photos suggest, and the escalators were under construction for most of our stay, which added to the inconvenience. I imagine a large part of the cost reflects the novelty of staying on the wharf, but overall, the experience didn't live up to my expectations or justify the price.

I quite enjoyed my stay here with family. Helpful staff, well located and nicely appointed.

I love the location of this hotel. I also enjoyed using the fitness room as well as the Waterline restaurant. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was extremely clean. I would definitely return.

The room was clean and the front desk staff very helpful. Bartenders are on point for cocktails.

Sink got backed up. Nobody told us you need to use your keycard if you want to use elevator. Had room on side facing Codzilla and music coming from the outside bars there was pretty loud at a late hour.

Very nice room. Hotel is on the waterfront so very easy access to north end and seaport area. Restaurants in the hotel are very nice but a little expensive.

The only issue was slippery shower floors with no grab bars!

The escalators from lower (street) level to upper level to check in were out of service causing lots of congestion.

This was the most wonderful hotel and the location is absolutely perfect!! The staff was Amazing and everything was in walking distance. The hotel offered free water and was so clean.

Great location. Accommodations were good. Booked an additional night and staff were helpful at letting us stay in our current room. Included parking for second night in price.

Everything was great, except the room temperature never dropped below 69°. It might be because it was a hot day. However, the hotel lobby was colder than the room.
