Boston Harbor Hotel

This hotel is a dream to stay in. We love it and hope to stay again soon.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was well maintained and well stocked with supplies throughout my stay, and the hotel is in a great location. I had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.

The overall experience and the attention given to toddlers and children were amazing. It is also worth mentioning that even the crib was excellent, which made our stay much more comfortable. We truly appreciated the level of service and attention to detail.

The location is great and amenities are great

The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. The hotel bar was excellent, with great cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. - The sound insulation is non-existent, extremely loud at night, impossible to sleep - The kitchen in the restaurant and the bar closes extremely early, effectively you can’t have anything to eat at 9PM. The staff at the restaurant were pretty rude about it, too. So, if you are visiting from West Coast - pack snacks, I guess…

A fantastic stay. The room was so comfortable and cleaned carefully every day. Room overlooked the harbor and the activity of boats but it was peaceful and calm. We LOVED our stay and definitely will return when we’re back in Bean Town!

Its a short walk from south Boston train station. Its also very convenient to local shops and attractions. The dining experience on the hotel property is amazing, The staff is friendly and concergie is very helpful in assisting with any questions or booking tickets for local experiences.

I loved to view from our room. The room smelled fresh and pretty. Everything was impeccable. The amenities were fantastic. I love that there was a golf simulator in the Health Club. Staff were amazing and everyone was friendly. The location was great. I didn’t want to leave! Jose, the bellhop was very helpful and informative when he brought our luggage to our room. Housekeeping was amazing as well. We had a wonderful stay in Boston!

Love coming back to a refreshed clean room after a long hot day of sightseeing.

3 pm check in means 3 pm check in especially when one is paying way over one thousand dollars for a room.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay while in Boston.

The hotel is located in the heart of Boston"s Seaport District with rooms overlooking the harbor or the beautiful Rose Kennedy Greenway. Our stay was during the Sail Boston 250 event, and a perfect location to enjoy all the festivities. The hotel's staff is exceptional, the rooms beautifully appointed and our visit was wonderful. Highly recommended!
