Boston Harbor Hotel

Great all around.

A beautiful Hotel w an excellent staff that provides superior service and helps to make our stay memorable. We will be back again.

For example, both telephones in the room had connection problems with a crackling sound whenever you made a call. I notified the front desk of that situation and the man answering the phone said he would "take note", but it was never resolved. I also dined a few times in the hotel's Rowes Wharf Sea Grille. On one occasion, I requested a cocktail menu from my waitress while I went to the restroom. When I returned to my table a few minutes later, my table was already cleared and there was no drink menu on the table. I waited for a while. Sometimes when I tried to speak with someone from the staff while they were walking past me, I was ignored. Finally, I just went to the restaurant's front desk and told them I never received a bill. I also ordered room service on 2 occasions. I didn't like the very plain grilled cheese sandwich, and the fried exotic mushrooms were not what I expected. Overall, the Boston Harbor Hotel was very good.

Minor hiccup with A/C deciding it was winter but quickly corrected even at 9pm.

Attention to details everything was beautiful.

Incredible 5 star hotel with amazing facilities and staff. They were able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms and provided a crib as we were travelling with a baby. Staff were also able to accommodate delivery of baby hire equipment for us. Highly recommend!

We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent

problem is they are catering to the groups instead of the individual travelers that repeat stays staff is great location excellent however there is no common area outside of hotel unless you are drinking and eating nowhere to just relax outside its a shame too much light in rooms as well as noise from hallways door do not fit frames and allow hallway light and noise in. need to get rid of the lights on equipment such as phones and tv as well as bedside tablet

Best place I have ever stayed. Staff was beyond amazing. Hated to leave. Would recommend this hotel over and over. I usually do not comment on hotels but this one deserves it.
