The Envoy Hotel, Autograph Collection

The Envoy has a clean, crisp vibe with a great location between the seaport and downtown. Accessible to everything without the monolithic feel of larger hotels. Staff was super friendly and the lobby citrus infused water, coffee and tea hits the spot for weary travelers. Walkable to everything Boston!! Huzzah!

The regular restaurant unfortunately the service was horrible and thsts being nice

Nice rooms, work enabled, spacious, and modern. Biggest downfall was the loudness from outside. Almost as if the window was opened, which wasn’t ideal as I was on near the highway.

Amazing stay as a solo traveller. Loved the area, can literally walk everywhere. Tile floors in the room which is my top priority. Will stay here again when I visit Boston.

Clean room, great location

Location was great. Beds were bricks and the pillows were worse. Even my 22 year old kids were complaining. Beds are not up to standard hotel standards. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Our stay was not pleasant when we reached the hotel, at the reception was not for 5 star hotel it was crowded with a lot of noise. Be careful when you reserve a room with hotel.com

Staff was very nice and accommodating, trending decor, nice rooms, awesome water view, great rooftop bar, excellent location. Nice shower!! The bed is low and the mattress was about a 7 out of 10. The coffee maker did not work well t ll! Even the second one did not work properly!

I came to check in for my birthday, only to be told my reservation had been canceled without any notice. I arrived late—around 2:30 AM—after celebrating, exhausted and just wanting to get to my room. To make matters worse, the lobby doors were locked when I got there, and I couldn’t even get inside. I had to wait until another guest let me in. Once inside, I waited about 30 minutes for the receptionist, who was nowhere to be found. When he finally showed up, I provided my ID and credit card, only to be told my reservation had been canceled. This was extremely confusing since I never received any notification from Expedia and had my full booking confirmation and itinerary. Despite showing proof of my reservation, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to find another hotel—at 4:30 AM. I was completely exhausted, and this was the last thing I should have had to deal with on my birthday. This experience was beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Staff gave me a key that did not work. 2d floor room had windows that let too much street noise in.

Great location, in the Seaport; quick and easy getting to and from airport. Nice property; good bar/restaurant; and way check in check out. Would definitely stay there again.
