The Envoy Hotel, Autograph Collection

Parking was tricky. We parked in the garage next to hotel for around $45-48 for 24 hours as opposed to the $75 valet parking. Liked the area surrounding hotel, near the water but also walkable around seaport! Overall, good stay.

No fridge, no ice machine, one of our outlets didn't work. Rooftop bar empties out onto the street and the party continues there with super loud music being played if your room has the unfortunate position of facing Sleeper St. Otherwise fine.

Lovely hotel but noisy beside bridge

The location is excellent. The staff is amazing especially Chris, the manager, he always have smiles on his face, very helpful and kind so as his assistant Alex.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff- every person we encountered could not have been better. The room was a bit cramped, but it was extremely clean!

Their restaurant came highly recommended but our experience was not good. We only ate breakfast there but the offerings were so so and the service slow as molasses even when the restaurant was not too busy. We also found off putting that they welcome you with breakfast vouchers but fail to tell you that you are paying for them as they are covered by the mandatory $30 Destination Fee tacked to your bill each day. The room was comfortable but lacked a mini fridge. Finally, no one ever explained why the quoted price at Hotels.com, which allegedly included all taxes and fees, did not match the price they charged at checkout. The difference was small but we were told the manager (Chris) would call us to explain but he never did. That definitely put a dent in our opinion of the hotel.

This property was amazing. I booked a weekend in Boston for my boyfriend’s 60th birthday. The hotel put us in a beautiful room overlooking the water. Upon our arrival the staff were courteous and friendly. We then entered the room to find a bottle of champagne, a card from the hotel, and a birthday banner hanging on the wall! That made his day! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in luxury with a view.
