InterContinental Boston by IHG

Hotel had great amnesties including a pool, onsite bars and restaurants, and a back patio that faced the water with a bar as well. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly- I’ve never had anything but great service from intercontinental hotels.

The room was spacious, and the location was great. We had a few minor issues with our room, but the staff addressed everything quickly and even provided extra amenities to make up for it. The excellent customer service made all the difference. We would definitely stay here again!

Really beautiful hotel with clean rooms and kind staff. Plus the location was excellent and centralized. There was essentially nowhere to obtain water on the property besides the sinks because there was one water bottle refill area and it was empty.

Great location, serene common areas and well appointed rooms. All well maintained. Would stay here again.

This is the only hotel I will stay at when I visit Boston. It’s outstanding! The location, the staff, the restaurants, and the amenities are superior.

Room and Location Nothing

What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff and concierge team. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help make our stay enjoyable. Their hospitality made a lasting impression and truly enhanced our visit. I also enjoyed the room service experience, especially the delicious chocolate dessert, which was the perfect treat after a long day exploring the city. It was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful touches made for a memorable stay. I would gladly stay at the InterContinental Boston again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston.

amazing staff in all areas. clean comfortable well-appointed rooms. relaxed atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. Room service very efficient and courteous. loved the doorbell system,much nicer than a knock on the door a little tricky to work out operating the coffee machine initially .

Hotel is in a great location for accessing local amenities and exploring the city on-foot or by public transport. Staff were all, without exception, friendly and very helpful. Firmer pillows needed was our only small complaint but we will definitely return when we next visit the city.

Amazing hotel, great breakfast, lovely staff, easy to access everything, lovely gym and pool I liked everything

Very spacious and comfortable bedroom. Hotel was also in a fantastic location for exploring. Breakfast was hit/miss. Spent 9 days in total and had breakfast each day. Told that would need to wait 15 mins for a table on one occasion despite multiple empty tables that just needed cleaning. Fruit was frequently low and no spoons in 2 occasions (had to wait for 3-4 mins for an employee to bring me a spoon for breakfast). Reception and Door Staff were extremely polite and friendly

Had our connecting flight cancelled due to weather and needed a place to stay with the family. The location of the Intercontinental Boston was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
