Overall, a very disappointing experience. Nothing about the hotel is 5 star except the staff. The room was tired, old, and lacked basic amenities that you would expect in a 5 star property, like pillow top mattresses. The location is great with easy access to everywhere.

The care they provide in all aspects of their staff and amenities. Room was perfect and food was great. It was perfect except for the beach, there was no beach sand and too many rocks. I would definitely go back though! Great vacation!

Because we were already in Boston & just changing hotels for our last two nights, our room was ready when we arrived. The location was perfect for walking to the harbor and along Seaport with a lot of the attractions nearby. Our room was perfect, the soaking bathtub was just what we needed after a long day of walking. A few minor concerns (remote control battery needed replacing but the front desk staff had someone from engineering bring a replacement immediately, and it appeared that the mini bar was not restocked prior to our arrival but we were able to clear that up with the front desk staff). Offering coffee or water in the lobby would have been a nice amenity.

Great room service Clean Service wonderful Starbucks is moving in next door Nice Bed quiet, but noise from street if that is where your room is...facing. but....better towels needed, better toilet paper, better pillows, and the room orientation with a sliding window into the rest of the room from the bathroom....When I am paying top dollar, I expect top dollar things.

Location was perfect and the view from our 11th floor room was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable.
