Beautiful hotel in a great location!!! Everything was clean, well maintained and staff is so friendly and helpful

Our room and room amenities were perfect, clean tidy and ample space. Overall a 3.5 to 4. Needs more overview and feedback to staff.

Unfortunately, I had the worst view of my traveling experiences. I understood I might not have the best views but my room faced directly into a brick wall and some abandoned offices. It was creepy to say the very least and we kept the curtains closed. I just wanted to warn other travelers.

Really great hotel except maybe breakfast is not on 5 star hotel level. Not even 4 star.

Loved how clean this hotel was and the view was amazing! The location was great and easily walkable to the downtown amenities.

This hotel is probably the fourth Intercontinental state at but by far the Worst for several reasons, A the Air Conditioning did not work properly. The concierge gave us a recommendation to a terrible Italian restaurant. They didn’t have water in the room, and there were some cleanliness things that I noticed that weren’t ideal, overall, I would never stay at this hotel again.

Not enough towels, non working keys to get to our room, no complimentary water in rooms, ice makers empty, clueless front desk agents. Would not recommend staying here, what should have been an enjoyable stay was more frustrating than it should have been. When you choose a high end hotel to stay at you expect high end! This means high quality service, staff and amenities. This hotel is truly lacking in all!

This was a very nice hotel and has an amazing staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel and good location

DO NOT choose this hotel if you have an electric vehicle and need a charge. We usually stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel, which has been excellent at charging our EV overnight. I called this hotel in advance, and they assured us they could charge our car. Our one night stay cost us $882.90, including $105 for parking. They promised to charge our car, but did not. The garage is not owned by the hotel, it is owned by Icon parking, and they do not have fast chargers in the garage. The concierge was useless. Don't choose this hotel if you have an EV. A five star hotel needs this service to be 5 stars in my opinion.

Enjoyed property, room and staff. We did not have a great view, but we were out and about most of our journey.

Clean facilities and polite staff do not make up for theft. If money isn’t an option and you don’t mind being taken for a ride, I’d recommend. If you value honesty and value for your money, stay away.

Hotel had great amnesties including a pool, onsite bars and restaurants, and a back patio that faced the water with a bar as well. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly- I’ve never had anything but great service from intercontinental hotels.

The room was spacious, and the location was great. We had a few minor issues with our room, but the staff addressed everything quickly and even provided extra amenities to make up for it. The excellent customer service made all the difference. We would definitely stay here again!
