Hotel location. Overall price, urban designation charge was not communicated. Room mix-up when I check in; Front staff was rude, co-worker and bellman stepped in and resolved.

It was beautiful, great location and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Our room was ready early, and valet was convenient and easy when we arrived. They also brought our luggage to the room for us, which was nice. We ate at the cafe for a late lunch because we were starving when we got there from the airport, but the food wasn't great. The prices at the restaurant were very high so we didn't try there. Our room was clean and met our needs well. When leaving the next day, they had told us to call 20 minutes ahead for valet to bring our car around, which we did. Once we got downstairs to leave, the attendant told us our car wasn't ready and we should have called ahead? The weird thing was we could see our rental car sitting outside the front door. So, we went on out and started loading our luggage. There was another car almost identical to ours that pulled up before we left. I think they had our cars mixed up, which is a bit scary, but thankfully we caught it before it was a problem.

My room was changed upon check in despite me paying ahead of time. No price adjustment was offered. Staff was very nice thought. For a hotel of this status, I would have expected more

Service and staff were great. Great location walking distance to restaurants, tour bus service and freedom trail. Great neighborhood felt safe and not too busy. Room was a bit small.

Very clean rooms/hotel.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful right from the start. There is a coffee shop on the premises that actually has good coffee, not your usual watered-down hotel coffee. The seafood restaurant attached to the hotel is terrific, as well as the bar inside there. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot for seeing all the historic things in Boston. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

The property was in great shape. Everything was very fresh and elegant.

We had a 2 night stay. Solid location choice but the hotel felt a little creepy. Early morning construction nearby and work on the premises was an unpleasant surprise. Several parking lot locations nearby which was cool.
