The room was small but with a wonderful shower and comfy bed. However, it was very noisy from outside noise making it difficult to sleep. I personally would not stay there again unless I was on a top floor.

The room had great views and while on the smaller side, felt quite luxurious. The breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic. The location was perfect for our short stay in the center of Boston.

Expect to be surprised with a $40+ "destination fee" per night even though you have fully prepaid your room. Such a disgusting bait and switch technique. I'm not sure how we as customers can fight this.

When I checked out I was told there was a $35 destination fee. I asked what was that for and the receptionist pointed to a little sign booked by a plant. You get 2 bottles of water, a welcome drink and wifi. The only water i saw was in my room at $6 a bottle. Never given any vouchers for the drink. When I checked out the very sarcastic and disrespectful receptionist said you didn’t ask for them, your welcome
