We had a wonderful stay overall!! Hotel is beautiful and clean.

This was our 30th trip to the greatest city in the world and our anniversary. We always wanted to stay at the Omni Parker House, but weren’t able to. With our two special occasions, we decided to splurge…and we’re SO glad we did!! We didn’t know what to expect, but WOW, the OPH far exceeded any expectations we had. Not only was the property breathtaking and spacious, but then we met Chhaiden! I used to teach customer service classes when I was young, so I have a habit of picking people apart. Only 4 other times in my life have I had someone be textbook perfect…Chhaiden was number 5!! She was a dream come true. She was so friendly and helpful. She treated us like we were the only people there and gave us her full attention and kindness. When she found out it was our 30th visit to Boston and our anniversary, she made a big deal over us and gave us an amazing upgrade. It was, by far, the most beautiful and most spacious room we’d ever stayed in! lol…it was nicer than our own home! Once we got back to our room the first night, another angel named Jacqui sent us a thoughtful card, gift and piece of their famous Boston Cream Pie (you HAVE to try it!). My wife and I cried when we had to leave. These two made this the best trip and anniversary EVER! Folks, you HAVE to stay at OPH. You won’t regret it! Thank you Chhaiden. Thank you Jacqui. Thank you Omni Parker House. You have shown us the most wonderful time! We love you all!

This is a stunning old hotel which has been updated to a point. The bathroom looked stunning but was entirely impractical. There was no space or storage with even the toilet feeling cramped. Staff were not very friendly and although it was a busy weekend, for the price we paid I would expect a lot more.

The hotel is in an ideal location for navigating the city easily. There are T stops close by and you can easily walk to many places. The gift shop is nice and the food and drinks at Last Hurrah was great.

Check is was a really bad experience, including rude staff - wait was 40 minutes after I was first in line. I wonder when you book via Expedia if you get worse rooms. We had a king deluxe room and you could hardly fit one person in the bathroom - had to close door to get around to the toilet. I had to work with my mind to stay calm and not let all that get in the way of a great trip. On the positive side whale watching was remarkable!!

Great hotel with a charming history! Outstanding downtown location within walking distance to many 'must see' sites; directly off the Freedom Trail. Our 'deluxe' was a little tiny and we had an interior room so we had a view of the building next to us. However, it was clean, comfy bed and adequate amenities.

Hotel essentially located in historic downtown, minutes from all major sites and the Freedom Trail. This is a historic hotel, so expect lots of character and be patients. The room was small, but well organized, the bathroom had been newly renovated, coffee maker and mini fridge in the room, in room safe, and large closet. Good water pressure in the shower, excellent air conditioning which was important considering it was 105° the day I arrived, and quiet at night with double pain windows and no noise coming from neighbors. Best of all was the service, the valets are extremely helpful and friendly, the porters were also very friendly and quick to offer assistance, the front desk was always helpful and had a smile. Service in the restaurants was excellent. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided. Thank you Omni!

Immaculately clean. Close historic sites. Staff was friendly and always willing to help.
-
This property made walking to other places easy. We were given bottles of water daily. The staff were courteous and always willing to help anyway.

Free water

Just not as special as it used rob. The great restaurant downstairs is gone and replaced by a seldom used gym.
