Great place

This hotel was so much nicer than we expected. Perfect location and super comfy bed with a really well designed room. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was a little small but comfortable We were there because of a cancellation on our flight due to the Nor Easter But I was very pleased that they were able to get us a room a few hours early then the normal check in time ! That was a major plus ! We were so tired so this was just what we needed The Hotel is not far from the airport so it is very convenient for travelers In a very safe area which was nice too we could walk around go to dinner and go shopping etc just a short walk from the hotel and like I said very safe ! Will stay here again if we travel to Boston

Clean efficient rooms. One staff member working Monday morning was quite sour.

location is good near the harbor room is small, unusual bed setting, when beddeployed not much space left very high excessive resort fee 90 $ no take out breakfast if you check out early

An in room coffee maker would be useful

The location of the hotel is excellent walking distance to the shore and trains. I will definitely return to this hotel.

To start, I will say this is a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, our bed had pieces of old cooked Spanish rice in it. By the time we realized it, it was 11pm and we were so exhausted. Luckily we had our own throw blankets to use. I also booked a room with a partial view of the harbor. I got maybe an inch of view to the harbor and that way out the bathroom window which was tiny. So not really what I consider a “Harbor View”. No fridge to keep items cold. Which I did call ahead of time and was told there was a fridge and microwave in the room. For the price, size and being right on the Harbor, I don’t think it was worth the money spent. I will gladly stay somewhere that has more beneficial room amenities.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was clean. Restaurant food was tasty and served hot. Room was clean. Room felt a little cramped. Bed was ok, not great.

We went in for the Sail Boston, the value of the room for that location was very good! I expected a compact room but it wasn't as small as I thought. Had everything we needed

The room itself was a little different. The bed rolls out, so it was not very comfortable. The bathroom does not have a door, instead has a big curtain. There is not much privacy if you are sharing the room with someone and if you turn the bathroom light on during the night the entire room lights up. It was hard to sleep because of these two things.

Nice clean room and staff were friendly.
