Very expensive room for a tiny space. No coffee pot in the room…for that price, tiny towels, no door on the bathroom. Noisy at night.

great hotel in great location

The hotel was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. However the bed was very uncomfortable
-
Solid, clean room! I really enjoyed my 1 night stay.

Only thing we needed was a mini fridge for our drinks!

Great place! Very close to the harbour and in walking distance to the T and several other amenities. Room was small but all the space you’d need! Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Great location. Nice staff. Have stayed multiple times there.
-
Perfect location, quiet, great roof top bar.

Awesome bed :)

Room smelled like the sheets hadn't been changed, maybe there was sweat soaked into the mattress. Not enough outlets in the room, no overhead light.
-
I was supposed to have a queen size bed. The bed was a full size at the largest. Otherwise it was an okay stay for one night.

Please make water available on each floor.

Great place, very convenient with beautiful views. Staff is great. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Please was great but I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have kids. The late nights get very noisy until about 3-4am.

You have to know what you're getting here - very compact rooms, with no closet or desk or seating area, and very little room to walk around the bed when the bed is fully extended. That being said, the rooms are comfortable, there's enough hangers/hooks to hold most clothes for a weekend or few days' stay, and the use of space is pretty creative. My two issues are: only one side of the bed has an electrical outlet near it, and the sink is super small (so small that washing your face means water spills down onto your feet unless the top of your head is pressed up against the mirror). The location is great, though, and the price pretty reasonable, so I will continue to book here.

This hotel is ultra-modern, to the point of sterility. I guess it would be a good place for a business trip, although working on my laptop involved using the folding chair (tucked beside the bed) on the corner of the bed. The bed folded into a bench, kinda like an upscale futon. It was comfortable enough but short (and I'm only 5'6"). The long, narrow room was efficient in use of space but I kinda felt like I was in Tokyo. Awesome location - especially for a show at Leader Bank Pavilion - and there are tons of restaurants & bars in the area. This was a good room, but definitely tailored to function, not relaxation.

It was a great experience.

Room was very clean. Check in process was easy. Bartender in the downstairs bar was awesome!!! Waitress on the rooftop for breakfast was not that great. She was polite. But never got a cup of coffee until she brought out our breakfast. Would have enjoyed the cup of coffee 15 to 20 minutes before we got it.
