Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

Just amazing

Hotel was great. Great accommodating staff. No issues with the room or service. They helped me out with getting chocolate covered strawberries delivered with champagne for a celebration even though I had to order the strawberries from Uber Eats it was a great experience all around. Even got to upgrade my room for a reasonable rate and early check in was super early and really helpful staff.

The staff were very helpful about The T and how to get to fenway. Sports club was great place to watch a game and eat past 10 pm. didnt stay long enough to use the pool or hot tub.

Clean room, decent facilities, huge gym, great coffee shop The room was really small. There was no cupboard space and nowhere to put our suitcase. Also, the toilet and shower are exposed in the room so very little privacy. The location is also a bit far out if you’re a tourist. It was also super expensive - we ordered room service of two sandwich’s and it came to nearly 60usd

My only complaint was that the bar in the lobby Saturday night was so crowded (due to multiple weddings?) that drinks took forever and they could have used a couple cocktail waitresses.

Beautiful hotel. Paid $100 for one night of parking which was ridiculous in my opinion. Requested a late check out and the cleaners knocked on my door promptly at 11. Didn't have a lighter or matches on my way to the venue; asked numerous staff members for one. Not a single person offered or directed to getting one which was so odd for a luxury hotel. The line for coffee at crescendo was long as we were leaving so my friend and I did not get to try it. We went to the Lifted Lounge Bar for dinner. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and Lavender Isle. Delicious. The waitress was so nice.

The hotel itself is luxurious, but what really sets it apart is the staff. Kate went above and beyond to make my wife and me feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. That kind of personal hospitality is rare and memorable. We had a wonderful experience and can’t recommend the Omni Boston Seaport, and especially Kate Casey, highly enough.
