Booked for the Fourth of July specifically to use the pool. It was packed and we were not able to use the pool at all. You need to make a reservation to use the pool. The experience was very disappointing. Hairdryer in room was broken.

Definitively would upgrade the clothing steamers. Very cheap and don’t work well. Other than that. Amazing place.

Great customer service

Our stay at the Omni Boston at the Seaport was really wonderful. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at all of the restaurants was great. The cocktails were perfect. The place itself had everything you could have needed to enjoy your stay. The one issue we had was with housekeeping. There was a day when nobody came to clean our room and it took three outreaches to staff to get it addressed. The housekeepers we had did not replace items from the room that were used such as bottled water, tea bags, bag for the ice container which was inconvenient but did not ruin our stay. Even when we asked the housekeeper for specific items, they were not provided. I think this aspect of the hotel service could definitely be improved upon. However, we would return again despite this minor issue because overall, everything else was excellent.

Always fantastic! Especially the bartender at the pool! The only advise I can give is make sure you book a lounge chair at the pool days in advance during the summer!
-
If you are traveling from May through Sept be aware you MUST get a reservation to get lounge chairs at pool. If it is busy and you have no reservation then you can swim but not lounge.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful

Loved this hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff! I’ll never forget my stay. Visiting The rooftop pool is a must!
-
The room had some oddities, like a faucet that hit the sink before able to get hot, and a few other things. The pool was very small so that you had to schedule time to be able to use it. There were not loungers available-booked for the whole day. Ridiculous. Food was good.

Everything is great. My favorite place to stay in Boston , the roof top pool is a must!

Uncleaned room, dont bother going to the pool… AC barely functions. Wish I could be refunded

Stayed at the hotel Fri- Sun for Fourth of July weekend. Area was nice, clean, felt safe, lots to do walking distance to many places. As soon as we drove up to the property valet was great but Pricey at $70 a night. Everyone was friendly as soon as we walked in. Check in was quick and easy. Just wish they were more informative on certain things, like informing us we need reservations for the pool. I had no idea so we never got to use the pool which was a bummer. I do like the policy of making reservations so everyone gets a chance to use the pool but just wish I knew so we could make the reservation and get a spot. I found out too late and it was booked pretty much all weekend. We stayed in the Artist Tower, king room. We had a corner room and it was so nice. Floor to ceiling windows. Room was small but good enough. No closet which was fine with us. It had everything we needed. Safe, clothes steamer, coffee maker and more…. Very cozy room with comfortable beds. We went to The sports restaurant for lunch which was very nice with good food. We also went to Kestra for breakfast which was also very good. Everything is a bit pricey in the hotel but it was convenient, your on vacation and what isn’t expensive these days. I would definitely stay here again maybe choose a different weekend and not on a holiday weekend.
