Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

Good central location, comfortable and quiet rooms. Restaurants very crowded at breakfast time.

Clean rooms, kind staff, food was great. Only thing was the iron did not work well (dripping water from last person in the room possibly) and air conditioning kept turning off. Aside from that it was great. Would stay again. Family friendly.

The Omni was overall a fantastic hotel to stay in. The location was great. The staff was very approachable and friendly. There was always someone there to help. It was convenient to have restaurants on site as well as 24 hour room service. We stayed in an artist king studio. The room was clean and tidy. The view was stunning. Although for the price of this place I do have a few complaints. I really wish the room had a microwave. Plus, I wish there was free breakfast available. While the restaurants are great they were very pricey for a simple breakfast. I know there was something available for a discount on the 5th floor for a limited time in the morning but that still came at a price. In the end, I would still recommend staying here because of the pros out weighing the cons.

Tried to change my stay by one night with the hotel, they sent me to Expedia, who could not reach a person at the hotel to confirm. Out $600 because of a cancelled flight. Will not book again

I was disappointed that the concierge at the hotel recommended Provincetown to us without really telling us that it wasn’t the best place to go in Cape Cod… meaning that town is only appropriate for a certain type of person and it was not our vibe at all, which I would think the concierge could’ve realized after talking with us about what we were hoping from Cape Cod. He literally directed us to a part of Cape Cod that was probably the most under rated part. Our room was also facing the airport and was quite loud even on the 22nd floor… The street noise was extremely bad with motorcycles and cars racing below throughout the night.

Every employee I encountered was kind and helpful. It seems like they like their jobs, their co-workers, the hotel and their guests. The lobster roll at the restaurant near the pool was EXCELLENT! The fitness center has great equipment. Location is ideal. Kudos and thank you.

Amenities were great friendly staff.

Stayed with my daughter and we loved the location. We walked everywhere and felt safe. The gym was well equipped and clean.

Luxury and all the amenities! We arrived several hours before check-in and our room was ready early. Such a bonus after traveling all day! Clean property, spotless room. The pool area was so relaxing to lounge for a few hours in the afternoon. We were only in town for one night and the Omni made it a wonderful experience!

Great stay

La habitacion supremamentw pequeña. No tenia donde guardar ropa. Solo habia 3 tubos afuera del bano. No habia crema dental de cortesia al menos para una emergencies. El wifi no funcionaba. Muy costoso para una experiencia no tan buena. Demasiada demasiada gente en la piscina.

I loved the atmosphere and vibe at the Omni! Yuncey our housekeeper was excellent…very kind. We had to have our sheets changed during our stay and Dwayne was services was excellent! The one down side were the pillows, they were flat. Also, I used a link from the Omni hotel to book a tour at a museum and the link was for a museum in DC, not Boston.
