All the staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff were all super nice and helpful.

Everything good
-
The stay was good. Room was very clean. Nice spot for the hotel. Overall everything was good except all the additional charges and paid parking. I never paid for room and parking separately. When ever I booked a hotel room parking was included with no additional charges for parking. Also they keep charging my card for stuff I didn't even order/purchase from their breakfast area. First time I ask they one employee said it was breakfast charges, second time another employee said it was just pending charges the hotel charge. So idk what's going on.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel has a lot of things for kids to do. Amenities were modern.
-
The room just felt dirty from heavy usage. The carpets are old. But other than that the place is great.
-
very convenient and staff were great!

Food options were expensive- for example, 6$ for peanut butter cups. No complementary breakfast option, but free coffee in the lobby in the morning. They give you a $15 “snack credit”, but that doesn’t go far with the high prices in the lobby snack area. One issue we had were the added fees. We booked through Expedia. At the end of our stay almost 50$ in fees were added that were not obviously disclosed before hand and we were not expecting. These need to be clearly stated and not just stuck in text at the end of booking. That came as a shock. Two free passes to the contemporary art museum were awesome, included with the booking and appreciated.

Didn’t like it too much, didn’t give us new towels while we were there or threw away the trash. It felt lazy and the smell was unpleasant in the room since the moment we entered. Staff was nice.

Clean room
-
Nice hotel but a fairly remote part of the seaport
-
The staff here is so personable its a great lactation and very clean

Although the pictures looked nice online, the rooms themselves were a bit dated. Wallpaper showed wear in the hallways. Front desk help were not friendly. We paid additional for a seaport view, and ended up looking at transportainers. There are many nice hotels in the area at the same price. Don't think we would go back.

Marriott has decided to offer this sort of steam line contemporary Hotel. The lobby is concrete floors and sort of miss mash of food area bar. I was not impressed. But the big problem were the rooms in adequate lighting. There was no way to read a book unless you went and sat at the desk. Why are room so dark and prominent television of course, but it had no warmth to it. It was almost like an industrial site. It’s for a young millennial types or whatever but older people who like comforts like perhaps having a refrigerator or a microwave if Holiday Inn express can do it and do it at much less a price in Marriott charges there’s a problem. My two nights stay was $808 and it was a mediocre place. Nothing really memorable the nicest part of it were the valet personnel. They were pleasant and funny. The rest now nothing very ho ha.

Location is pretty industrial. Staff are very nice. My room had a very chemical hotel room smell.

Jodie was awesome
-
I was also disappointed that this property doesn’t offer many of the perks I’ve experienced at other Marriott hotels. Overall, not the level of hospitality I expected from the Marriott brand.
-
Place was great. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The pool was a salt water pool, which was neat. Would stay here again.

Everything was great!
