Nice hotel and rooms are very nice. Remote location from most of Boston so not the place to stay if you're planning a night out. Food selection very limited in area. Cruise port is near by but not really walkable due to traffic.

It was just ok. When we arrived and walked in there were security guards which was off putting. I stepped back and wondered if we wanted to stay. It was fine but first impression was not of safe area. The person who checked us in was very helpful and answered our questions. Several of the staff were on their phones instead of paying attention to customers.We had one guy on his phone while we were asking questions (he was not looking for answers). Our room was maintained well except I grabbed a pillow from the other bed and it smelled bad. The smell got on my hands and had to wash them. I couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from. I kept getting whiffs of it. Not sure I’d stay again. The young man who helped us with our luggage was so nice. He remembered us as we were leaving and helped us load our bags into our ride. I wish I caught his name, he should be the manager and understood customer service.

The beds were so comfortable! Would definitely return.

The accessible sink has a faucet easily 15” above the counter. A person in a wheelchair could not have trimmed it on without great difficulty and even I had trouble with it standing because of bad shoulders. There was really nowhere to park my mo polity scooter without it being in the way. The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom, so you waken your partner if you wash your hands after using the toilet. The beds were on platforms about 8” wider than the mattress, and my husband & I both banged our legs on it. Out of space now. were over

Great property except could use more public parking in the area.

No real breakfast available. Stupid little offerings for sale, For the price there should have been something more. The room was small but comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I think the food issue was my bigest complaint, one pricey option for dinner restaurant but not much else.

I liked it. It’s modern feel, and the staff were very welcoming.

The stay was very nice, but my car came back from valet smelling like marajuana, and eventually I found a burnt joint on the floor of my front seat. When I called to complain, I was left on hold until I had to hang up.

Luis the mgr was great helpful.Room was awesome. Quiet and comfy beds.
