Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Seaport District

Convenient location with good transport links to the airport (we got a shuttle bus which dropped us nearby). The hotel room was clean and comfortable with a kitchen. We enjoyed the use of the pool and gym everyday which was a bonus. Breakfast gets very busy at peak times but we just decided to go down earlier to avoid this. It wasn’t a problem.

The staff was very attentive and helpful despite being very busy.

It was brand new, built in 2021 so it was State of the Art. It was nice and cool in the room and the Security for the elevators was top-notch.

Everything was awesome. The only bad thing is its back away from everything so u have to walk aways or take an Uber, but it was quiet and chill.

Excellent hotel, 20 mins from south station, very clean and well looked after, buffet breakfast is extremely busy and not always easy to get a seat but on the whole, good value for money.

The room size was so good, location were fabulous as well. I stayed for 9 days and i liked the hotel so much. Well, the lobby and corredores had a bad smell i believe it was because of the lack of fresh air. I faced a problem with my paying as i used my dad card and that was not allowed so i take lot of time to solve that problem. They serve water only at the first day.

Bed was comfortable. Great location to walk everywhere. Full kitchen with amenities. Staff was awesome.

The rooms

The room was very spacious and properly maintained. Great location- walking distance to the Harbor and other landmarks. Surely will stay again

I booked a hotel room three months in advance, and the morning of my departure to Boston (five hours away) I was told that there was a "plumbing issue" and that I would be transferred the Boston Logan Airport hotel for only two nights, when my stay was three nights long, with no other additional information about pricing, or logistics. I called the hotel, was put on hold and then hung up on by the front desk staff without being told why while on hold. I then called three more times over the span of an hour while frantically trying to figure out where I could stay for the work trip I was going on. The staff was incredibly rude on the phone, not considerate, and kept transferring me to lines that would go dead within five minutes. I then was able to talk to the manager, who told me in 30 minutes she would send me a walk letter to the Logan Airport hotel. An hour went by and so I called her and she had completely forgotten about it. She then stayed on the line and sent me a walk letter FROM A WEEK AGO AND ADDRESSED TO A DIFFERENT PERSON. She was completely frantic and basically confirmed that they overbooked and couldn't help me out. Everyone I encountered was unpleasant to deal with during an already stressful situation having to leave for a trip five hours away and running out of time to find a new place. I do not recommend staying here.

The hotel is really nice with modern facilities and up to date technology. Fir us the big downside was the location which is at least a 30 minute walk just to get to the outskirts of cental Boston. The transport infrastructure is poor in the area so we ended up taking taxis which adds up.

Spacious & clean room,breakfast was good, staff were great and hotel was very accommodating with people leaving on cruise ships. Nothing, we enjoyed our stay

Excellent place to say when you are heading out of Boston on a cruise. 10 minute walk to your cruise terminal.

Breakfast was okay. Main complaint. Hot water was not working. Coffee was good and hot. Only one waffle station and always busy

Once we arrived back from our evening, several people had accesses to our room. Packed up our clothes in luggage and ate in our room. We must have arrived earlier than they expected. They left their leftover of food they ate, after packing up our luggage’s to take all with them as if we never were there. Inside job of management. They purposely put me in this room, instead of double queen bed room I had booked Police were called, and manager could not confirm if someone else had accesses to our room without a warrant

The staff was rude, the room was dirty, there were hairs everywhere, delivery people were yelling in the lobby, it was humid inside. The morning staff seemed much more professional

The view, how clean and organized the room was and how nice the staff was when we needed something.
