We only had a quick night stay and were celebrating a special occasion. The staff were very professional and treated us so well and were able to upgrade our experience for our evening. Highly recommend and super convenient for the airport!

I was pigeonholed into paying a fee for Valet parking when the description stated "OPTIONAL EXTRAS" and told that there was no self parking option. When we were already out of the area returning home, I opened to my center console to find that everything im there was in disarray, as if someone was rummaging through it looking for something. I then proceeded to open my glove box to find my Coach wallet/pouch which was filled with about $10 worth of change GONE.

Front desk personnel were not helpful and boderline rude. The dishwasher didn’t work even after maintenance.

Great hotel experience with location and one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve seen yet in hotels. The facility was very clean, good organized texting system to get your car from valet as well.

Well located, confortable rooms, but we cannot see the soccer World Cup at the rooms, only at the lobby. Something to consider.

Great property all around!

The potatoes and pulled pork were edible. Not enough gluten free options, just eggs, potatoes and pulled pork were edible. The chicken sausage was gray, looked unappetizing. The pineapple did not taste fresh in one room. The Yoplait yogurt was slimy, and the Chobani was for sale for $5.98, highway robbery considering the daily hotel rate!! There is a gluten free Golden Waffle mix, so everybody can eat it, and many hotels have this option. I could not eat eggs every day for breakfast, so ate my own GF pastry 2 days.

Nothing The area..and bed.

Everything was great—not quite 5-star great, but it was still a good stay. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend it is the location. It’s farther from everything in Boston than I expected, and the Uber costs added up quickly, around $40 per ride, 2–3 times a day. There are better hotels, even at a slightly higher price, that are within walking distance of most attractions. In the end, you’ll probably spend less overall and have a much more convenient experience.

Breakfast did not match our expectancies taking into account the room prices and the category of the hotel. In fact, not good quality

The property was busy with the FIFA World Cup in town, but the staff was great. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great location near the waterfront with easy access to all of Boston from there I booked a suite so I could cook some meals myself,plenty of choice down at breakfast Nothing

It’s the World Cup - I get it, but the way we were treated at this hotel was terrible. Rude staff, charged $$$ for early check, for bags to be looked after, increased rates last minute.

Breakfast was great. The location was easily accessible. We enjoyed the spacious rooms. We were under the impression that there was an airport shuttlebus.
