We paid approximately $500 USD for one night and did not even receive the room we had booked. We were traveling with two children, aged 2 and 3, and contacted the hotel several times before our arrival to make sure our reserved room, with a separate sleeping area, would properly accommodate our family. At check-in, we were simply told that due to a “technical issue,” our room was unavailable. Instead, we were given a basic room with a king-size bed and a tiny sofa bed right next to it — completely different from what we had specifically booked. No advance warning, despite our multiple messages. No proper alternative. To make matters worse, the king-size mattress was extremely uncomfortable. For $500 a night, receiving a significantly inferior room to the one reserved is simply unacceptable. We specifically planned ahead because we were traveling with two toddlers, and the hotel completely failed to deliver what we booked. Terrible value for money. We left feeling extremely disappointed and would not stay here again.

- When I arrived at 12:45 PM in the afternoon, was told by representative check-in was at 3 PM and I would have to pay a $50 early check-in fee. Needless to say I declined. My friends arrived at 1:30 PM and checked in just fine with no early check-in fee. Staff training inadequate. - Breakfast food selection very limited and no variety. - Room was clean and housekeeping very good. - Would I stay again? Would try the Omni Hotel next.

Hi, we were not happy with our visit, your systems were down and we didn't get checked in until almost 6pm, so we paid all that money for two rooms and sat around forever waiting to get in, then we didn't even have room cards so couldn't leave our rooms without someone staying in the room, couldn't get back up the elevators without assistance, and had no internet forever. I had business I needed to conduct and it was hampered by all this, just not happy at all for how much we paid for these rooms. Before we left I requested someone reach out and that we'd like some kind of discount but of course never heard from anyone.

Overnight parking fairly expensive. Everything else very good.

The ac unit in room was extremely loud to the point we had to wear ear plugs. There was also a club extremely close to the hotel bumping music loud enough we could hear in our room till 10 pm. Thank goodness it stopped. Not necessarily the best for family.

Perfect location to walk. Clean rooms. Breakfast is packed but always good, lots of options. Wish the pantry shop had sold a deck of cards, but otherwise extremely pleased.

Room was large and clean. Daily maid service, expansive breakfast offerings. Conveniently located - easy walk to some of the piers and restaurants. Would 100% stay again.

Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. The kitchenette is nice to have. The bath products (adhered to walls) smelled wonderful. The free breakfast is OK (fake eggs, limited cut fruit), the coffee so-so, but hey, it comes with the price of the room. For a longer-stay hotel, I'm surprised by the limited gym; it needs more free weights and weight machines to get a decent workout for more than a day. It would also be nice to have a lap pool rather than a small one for kids to splash around in. But if you just want to use a treadmill and a mat for stretching and the pool to cool off, this is a reasonable-priced hotel option by the cruise port.

The manager went above and beyond because i didn’t have my ID with me. The staff gave me a hard time and Expedia didn’t do anything to support me.
