Great location- clean- great staff. Breakfast was a NIGHTMARE. Empty bowls of food - food dropped everywhere- long lines for the toaster- only 1 boiled egg- no fresh fruit or yogurt. No seats dirty tables. For such a great hotel- the breakfast was a huge disappointment.

We had an unexpected night in Boston due to traveling/flight issues and the staff who was there to greet us late at night was incredibly helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure I had an allergy free room. They were so incredible! I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name who helped check us in, we arrived at about 9-10pm on Monday, 6/29. He deserves all the praise! The only thing I would say is that the A/C vent was nice and powerful but is positioned directly in front of the bed so blew air in our faces all night. There was no real way to avoid it. That would be my only recommendation for potential adjustment. :)
