Excellent location right on the water. Nice big room and friendly helpful staff Not much! There was a concert on one night across from the hotel, but it didn’t overly impact over stay just slightly busier outside! The front desk gave us the heads up and check in so we knew

Close to the water and walking distance of nightlife AC wasn’t operational and had a set temperature that was honestly pretty warm for being summer, breakfast was cold by 10am and flies in the dining area.

We had the best time on our trip to Boston. The Hyatt Regency in Seaport lived up to its pictures. The bedroom was roomy, bed was extremely comfortable and the rooftop view was amazing,,

breakfast bed was comfortable We showed up were originally told that they had no rooms available although it was paid in full many months before. After about an hour they told us they had a room available. It was for someone else but they would deal with them if they showed up. Very suspicious.
