Beautiful hotel in a great location! It’s conveniently located not too far from the airport, and the free public transportation to the hotel is a huge plus. Very convenient and easy to get around.

If you are planning on going to a concert at the venue formerly known as Harborlights, this hotel is about as convenient as it gets. It's literally right across the street, not to mention not far from other Seaport attractions. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was also included, and it was actually pretty good.

Overall it is fine. Love the views and enjoy the breakfast. Staff is helpful and friendly. The little refrigerator is noisy and the chair to the desk is somewhat torn. No lotion and no shower cap.

Noisier than other hotels we have stayed in nearby--the in room HVAC was noisy, and there was more noise from other guests and from the street. Towels were very small. Bed a little harder than other hotels. No trash basket in the room except in the bathroom.

Amazing hotel and definitely will come back again

Stay for a week in July. Breakfast was simple, still good enjoyable. This is a hotel mostly for conference and close to the airport. Seaport was live over the weekends, which surprised me for good. All spaces were clean, staff was great and the hotel was good for my needs. Parking is $60 nightly, which I used few days. Public transportation is great, from this location

The complimentary breakfast was good, although some of the hot food was served cold. The hotel bar and restaurant are expensive, and the service was average. Nearby restaurants are also pricey, but there’s a small deli/convenience store next door that makes amazing sandwiches. You can also buy wine across the street, with a great selection. Unfortunately, I was disappointed overall. For the price, I expected a much cleaner room. The biggest issue was the valet parking. At checkout, I was told I owed an extra $52 because I had supposedly exceeded the parking time, which was completely false. Even after showing proof, I was told, “the computer doesn’t lie” and that I had to pay. Only after I threatened to contact hotel customer service did they suddenly tell me everything was fine and I no longer owed anything. If you use the valet service, keep all your receipts and proof. The location is great, but because of the cleanliness issues and this unpleasant experience, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location for seaport area. Across from the Leader Bank Pavillion so great if going to an event but if not will hear music until about 1030-11pm.

Went with my in laws, husband and toddler. They accommodated early check in for both rooms and put the rooms near each other. Property was clean, rooftop was nice and had fire pits. The included breakfast was actually tasty, fresh and well stocked with different options daily. The staff were friendly and made everything simple.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and hotel were very clean and beautiful. We loved eating dinner on the deck. The staff were super friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
