Seaport Hotel Boston

Very polite staff. Very nice place to stay if you like views by the water. Very convenient place to go and get food and very close to the TD Garden for events. Thank you so much !

I like everything about this hotel with the exception that I requested info from housekeeping twice regarding whether I could purchase an item from the room and received no response. That was a bit disappointing to me because I thought a hotel like this would be more accommodating to guests. But the hotel was great other than that super location

The staff was quite friendly and helpfull. The hotel is situated in a modern area of the Boston harbor and we felt safe around at night. There are several excellent restaurants close by the hotel. It is close to many historic sites in the north end (less than 1 mile away). The subway is close by, which guests to most areas of Boston. Overall, we had a good time!

The rooms are clean and not too cramped. The staffs are very friendly.

At one point I lost my sunglasses but was able to find them thanks to the security safely placing them in the lost and found! Between that location, I will absolutely come back the next time I visit Boston!

Stay was good, however the front desk staff during the checked-in process was very condescending and rude. It seems like she does not want to be bothered, could be it’s time for her to head home. I was talked down and made me feel unwelcome. The staff in the dining where we had breakfast made up for it, unfortunately i was not able take his name. He was warm and polite. Front desk should welcome their guest regardless of background and nationality and refrain from discriminating.

The online photos don't do this place justice. Perfect location, everything you could need is right there and the view was AMAZING! Everything was clean and very well maintained! Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. Lots of little touches in the room that added to the stay! We chose to valet, which for the price I totally recommend! Loved they had a little store to get last minute souvenirs or necessities. I was only there one night so I didn’t get to try the restaurant or pool but they looked incredibly nice! It was incredibly quick and easy to get to the airport and the highway. I genuinely wished I could’ve stayed longer and plan to book here for my next time in Boston!

This is a fantastic location if you are seeing a show at the Leader Bank Pavillion or just generally staying in the seaport area. Hotel is very nice, clean and spacious. Rooms are very well appointed. Will definitely stay here again!
