Seaport Hotel Boston

Very nice hotel lobby and most all staff were very nice and engaging.… Lovely room with water view, but slightly on the smaller size. Room had good quality bathroom products. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and activities.

Excellent hotel. Best place and location. Hotel thought of every item in room.

I guess we are all have to at accept amenity/destination fees. Graciously the Seaport Hotel destination fee includes "pool access". In downtown Boston in early October.... makes perfect sense. Two "free" bottles of water and wifi. Oh and a modest credit that can only be used for dinner on the night of check in. Not for alcoholic beverages or breakfast. So if you are in Boston with pre-arranged dinner plans then the advice at check in to me was to "use it for dessert". No thanks, I'll book elsewhere next time.

Stayed for a one night, two day trip in Boston, and it was lovely. Staff were helpful, and its location was right off the airport bus stop, and everything i wanted was in walking distance!

Everything. Staff was wonderful. Very cheerful at 2:30 am in the morning. Room was beautiful!

Room was v clean and bathroom excellent with great shower. Lovely view of the harbour but bed not that comfortable. Very nice part of Boston with plenty of cafes serving excellent coffee and breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t great, and not worth the v high price.

Staff friendliness, location. Hotel hallway & hotel room resembles a nursing home.

This hotel was so clean. There is a Starbucks on site. We parked our car and walked a few blocks and the hop on and off bus.

Great stay

Harbour facing room was excellent, good size bathroom and well lit. Not very accomodating with the late checkout request. I just wanted an extra hour due to my flight schedule!

Conveniently located, relatively nice facilities, proximity to sites and convention center Generally unfriendly staff who are unwilling to help, needed to request services multiple times before they were done (crib, late checkout, error in room charges that had to be removed), non working handheld shower, stained and worn couch in room

Exceptional

This property could use some basic improvements. Clean the carpet. Modernize the rooms with electrical outlets and ports.

It was close to the cruise terminal. Some good restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. Easily accessible to transportation. A bit pricey for the 5 nights. We had to wait 40 minutes after the stated check-in time for the room to be ready. I always find breakfast is expensive in the USA this hotel was no different. Very little cupboard or drawer space. We ended up keeping our clothes in our suitcases.
