We truly enjoyed our stay. Ms. Joanne was extremely helpful to me and my family. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Bathroom was a little questionable on some stains. Smelt like pee. Rugs were pretty worn, and the pool was kind go gross. Super foggy and not because of chlorine. The staff was great and the perks were really nice!

The room was clean , bright, spotless and smelled good. The staff was courteous and willing to help.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Also had an extra $17.50 per day to spend at the hotel which included Starbucks as a choice. That was an unexpected perk. Great location, very walkable to downtown.

Front desk check in was a little confusing. They couldn’t find my reservation through Expedia. Then, when they did, they thought it was for two nights, not one. However, Joyce at the concierge was very helpful and the people in the lobby bar were great. Great work out area, too. Great decor and room size.

Great hotel Being charged an additional $35 when checking in

Séjour marqué par un accueil à la réception particulièrement désagréable et inexpliqué. Une simple erreur d'une lettre (A/E) dans mon prénom sur la réservation a été utilisée comme prétexte pour refuser le check-in, avec un ton condescendant qui n'avait pas lieu d'être. L'attitude générale du personnel à ce moment-là était distante et peu professionnelle, sans aucune justification valable. Le reste du staff a tenté de s'excuser par la suite, ce qui a été apprécié, mais le mal était fait. Une erreur administrative mineure ne devrait jamais donner lieu à un tel traitement. Je déconseille sincèrement cet établissement : l'impression est que certains profils de clients sont traités avec une négligence manifeste à l'accueil. Dommage, car cela a gâché le début d'un séjour qui s'annonçait pourtant bien à Boston.

Customer service was superb. Allowed early check in before noon.

This hotel was incredibly clean, the staff was great, there's a Starbucks attached, and it is so close to Leader Bank. It's only about a 3 minute walk. Great restaurants around. Seaport all within walking too.

Very convenient to the pier and the cruise ship terminal.

Over all a very nice hotel right next to a lot nice bars and restaurants staff was very kind and easy to deal with would definitely stay there again
