Good people, good hotel, good location

Wonderful location. Hotel staff and maintenance were very efficient. Our only recommendation was for the breakfast buffet on the weekend which was lacking in quality for a hotel of this standing, the waiter staff could definitely use some improvement with their friendly skills.

We were happy with the space, the amenities, and location. The concierge was especially helpful.

Although very long, it should be noted that the pool is a lap pool. Still would be challenged to stay anywhere else in the seaport. My family loves it!

We stayed at 3 hotels this trip. This was by far the best one. From the moment we arrived, we were waited on hand and foot! Everyone acknowledged our 2 year old throughout our stay, and the valet was exceptional. We loved the amenities of the convenience area in the lobby and on site dining. This hotel is in the perfect location and close to everything we wanted to do. We loved coming to Boston, and this will be our hotel for every future trip!

We had an amazing two night stay here! We had a harbor view room ~ fun to watch the ships & the life below. The hotel was super clean & staff was very helpful!

Great hotel

Perfect location, clean. Gym and swimming pool. Breakfast: expensive and poor choice

Staff was friendly. Room (wheelchair accessible) was average. Soap/shampoo pump bottles (non-removable) were attached to upper left side of roll-in shower but seating was on the right side. A non-standing person cannot reach these bottles. The shelf in the bathroom holding the hair dryer and bath towels was inaccessible to a non-standing wheelchair user - too high. The shower head was set at the top of the pole - again, a non-standing wheelchair user cannot reach to adjust the height. Poor design overall - though the bathroom was large.

It was a very nice hotel.
