Great location. Gym and pool were good room good all good
-
I was also turned off by an arrogant reception who completely dismissed a concern I voiced about the extremely slow and crowded elevated service, I felt like he thought I was just another malcontent with a complaint and really didn’t care about what I was to tell him.
-
Beautiful hotel with really nice staff. The lap pool was great for getting in some exercise. Very much enjoyed my stay here!

Housekeeping staff let themselves in while my wife was in the shower, 3 hours before checkout time and while I was out of the room. They stayed for upwards of five whole minutes instead of turning around and leaving. I can’t even believe it as I’m typing that out. Front desk staff was useless in offering any resolution other than “we’ll share that feedback.” For $500 a night I expected more. Will not be staying here again, and will be filing a complaint.

2 out of the 4 elevators were not in service when we checked in on Friday afternoon resulting in long waits for an elevator. Saturday morning same issue. Stopped by the desk to ask why they haven't been fixed and manager Yuri said they called service at 10 that morning. Considering the price of the rooms I expected better service. Won't stay here again.

The breakfast was great. We had the buffet breakfast and two friends who live in Boston met us there
-
The room was perfect, the bed was extremely comfortable, I will definitely recommend you hotel to all my family and friends.
-
I don’t appreciate the extra fees. The room cost is more than necessary. Extra added fees leave a bad taste.
-
Very professional and clean property which carries through to every experience. From the staff at breakfast to the front desk, house keeping, concierge and valet the same exceptional quality experience is delivered.
-
Location and accommodations 2nd to none. Beautiful good sized rooms and awesome views.
-
The once vibrant and elegant hotel now feels corporate and fatigued.

Great hotel
-
Such a lovely hotel! Conveniently located, so many restaurants and shops all within a short walk away. Room was clean, cleaning service quick and efficient too. With our stay we received complimentary drink tickets, two bowls of clam chowder at yankee lobster and we had a daily credit at Starbucks too! Hotel parking valet available but 65 a day, we parked across the street and paid 20 a day

Great room, bed, shower and location

I stayed at The Renaissance Boston Seaport Hotel during SailBoston 250. It’s close to I-90 and has everything one needs for a stress-free visit, including pre-arranged valet parking. The room was clean and quiet, and the thermostat was adjustable. All staff were friendly and helpful. The $32 all you can eat breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh foods in the beautiful Capiz Lounge. Definitely join Marriot’s Bonvoy rewards program (free in the App store) before making a reservation. Members get free Wi-fi. Members also receive a $17.25 credit per day toward food and drink in Capiz, plus a complimentary drink for two people. It’s a pleasant walk into downtown Boston, including the Public Garden and Freedom Trail; a great way to see historic Boston on foot. Take a harbor cruise while you’re here.

We had a nice stay. The hotel is clean. You can purchase breakfast at the Starbucks within the hotel, and there is coffee in the room.
